I'm sorry for the lack of journal entries! I'm just so tired and busy all the time now!! Oh well, I'll take a moment to keep you updated!

Last Monday was pretty sweet. I went window shopping with my sisters and mom. First, we went to this Irish and British store, but it was really lame. Then we went to a few antique/pottery/garden stores. They were better than the first, but still pretty low-key. Then, we went to the best store ever!!
It's Charming Charlie's!!! It was so cool!! The entire store was color-coordinated and there were so many things to look at/buy! Accessories, clothes, shoes, jewelry, purses, bags, hats, headbands, scarfs, cell phone cases, wallets, and so much more cool stuff! I bought an adorable blue headband with a bow on the side. ^_^

On Tuesday, I really don't remember what I did... sweatdrop

On Wedensday, I spent the entire day with Shelbz!! Then I slept over at her house and spent the entire Thursday with Shelbz! We went to her youth group which was really fun!

When I got home, I stayed up watching Grease until 2:00 in the morning. That's one of my favorite movies, and I had the songs stuck in my head forever!!
So naturally, I slept away Friday! On Friday night, we went to the Duluth Fireworks show! It was better than last year, and I actually had fun!

On Saturday, I went to the movies with Shelby and Peyton! We tried to call Sara, but she seems to have disappeared off the face of the earth eek

First, we went to see My Sister's Keeper. Unfortunately, the theater messed up before the movie even started. We got compensation tickets, and decided to go to The Proposal instead. Well, that messed up too. So we went back to My Sister's Keeper and it finally started working. It was a very sad movie...

Then, as we were standing outside the theater, we watched another fireworks show from the Country Club down the street. It was fabulous!

On Sunday, I got up at 6:40 to go to Talula Gorge with my family! We were going to go on this awesome sliding rock into a waterfall, but the rangers cancelled it because of rain. sad

But, we still got to go hiking around! The view was just amazing! We were 750 feet above the ground! It made me totally dizzy, but it was really breath-taking too. After that, we walked around the trails, looking at beautiful water falls, rivers, trees, and just nature in general. Then, we climbed over 1,200 steps into and out of the gorge. It made my muscles hurt so badly, but it felt really good!

After the 3-hour hike, we went to this awesome mountain lake! I love mountain lakes because they're so crystal clear and clean! We went swimming (it was freezing!) and it was so refreshing!!

Here is a random fact about the gorge: a famous dare-devil walked across the gorge on a tight-rope, performing two headstands along the way! That must be so insane! I can't even imagine!

But yeah, it was a very fun trip!

I couldn't sleep last night...so I woke up and 3:20 today...
Just thought you wanted to know that! I'm exhausted now, and I've got lot's of work to do! Catch you all later!

(Oh, and does anyone know where Sara is? Me, Shelby, Peyton, and my mom all tried to call her...)

Edit: Oh I just saw Sara's comment on my other journal entry. It's nice to know that she's alive and well! ^_^
