Ok, I know that no on really cares what I think, and i don't really mind that. I just wanted to make another journal entry so I thought "Why not post about the book I just finished at 2 am last night?" So here it is:

As previously stated, I just finished reading "1984". I will have to read it for school in the fall and since I don't have a job this summer it seemed like a great thing to do. Honestly, after reading it, i am really looking forward to Lit class next semester! The thoughts that were raised in this book were deep and very complex. it is most definitly NOT a light read. It is thought provoking and hard-hiting. No wonder it is considered a classic piece of literature.

I would give this book 3/5. it is an amazing book, it is just very graphic (both in sexual content and in violence) and it doesn't have the greatest ending the world. biggrin I still think that people should read this and let it foster some very deep thought.
