Okay. I babysat my niece last night, and in return, my brother agreed to help me cover the sales tax for my Xbox. So today, we go Xbox hunting. But not just for a regular old Box; I'm going with an Elite. I want the best I can get when it comes to gaming systems. And it HAS to be the one that comes bundled with Fable II. I'm not settling for the one that comes bundled with kung-fu panda because then I'll have to buy myself Fable II later, and send an extra however-many dollars for something that could've come included in the price.

Anyways, here we go.

Stop one: Best Buy

No Elites on the floor. There were two in back, but they were the ones that came bundled with kung-fu panda.

"Let's get out of here."

Stop Two: Toys'R'Us

My brother's idea. they didn't have it either, and I knew they wouldn't. No surprise, but I was still disappointed.

Last Stop: GameStop

I called ahead and asked if they had Elites, then asked specifically for the Fable II bunled ones. They said they had them. I said "I'll be there in twenty minutes."

I get there. I tell them I was the one that called. The guy at the counter said he wasn't the one who took the call, but checks anyways.

kung-fu panda bundle.

Son. Of. A. b***h.

Nothing. Nothing ********.

I am SO PISSED. What the HELL?! Why did they tell me they had it when they didn't?!

And now there's nowhere else to go. I don't want to order it online because I don't trust UPS or FedEx or whoever to handle it carefully.
