Day Five in my Journal
He did not let me out until the night came again. When he did open the coffin I jumped out at him to attack, he moved to the side and I fell to the floor. I did not even realize I had missed because I was so surprised at how fast I moved. Which made me think how fast did he move to dodge? I found myself sitting in the dirt floor feeling very dumb. I looked to him and he was smiling, I think he enjoyed my embarrassment. I also realized my eye sight had improved. He said to me that in a while I'll be able to move quicker and be stronger then I am now. He also told me he could hear my thoughts so I might as well as think aloud. At the time I had only heard rumors of Vampires so I did not make the connection. Sharp fanged smile, super speed, and strength. He offered his hand to help me up and told me his name was Victor...the Vampire. Victor said, and you are...? I told him Rogue, thinking of my what my father used to call me. Victor said, wrong your name is Rogue...the Vampire now.
