While you are gone I look at these letters to make me feel better
Reading the times we were mad at each other for a stupid reason
Oh how foolish we can be.
The letters that make me happy
Compliments is what made my day better when I was upset
You were the one to make it shine.
The letters that made me sad
Of when you said you'd be gone for 2 months
And I spent those last days wisely.
When I look back on these letters, I cry.
They hold words that were said long ago, but each word is special and powerful,
being able to extend my feelings for you.
And with every word said now,
What I am trying to tell you is that I MISS YOU.
