As I lay alone my head crowded with fears
I begin to wonder just why I am here,
I look at the stars and let out a sigh,
Why wish on it if it will only make me cry?
I start to think that maybe I was not meant to be loved at all,
One final leap, and I'm praying that I'll fly not fall,
But I knew I was wrong as I fell to the ground,
All that can be heard now are depressing sounds,
No more hope do I wish to spend,
For as a broken heart is able to mend it may not be willing to love again.
