Well, I am here today because I love to write but don't have the patience to write in a journal and typing is my favorite thing in the world. So I bring you my life! I'm trying to get at least some of my thoughts down that way if I need to reflect I can look back and be like 'woah'! And hopefully I will grow from this experience. I hope to journal at least three times a week if I remember and I will keep everyone who bothers to listen updated.

Well, today was crazy. I barely had dinner and no lunch other than a Big Texas Cinnaroll thing (deelishus), so it was crazy. I've been running around and packing because for the next few days I will be going to New Hampshire. Wooh! It's going to be exciting. The only bad part is that my parents really want to spend the whole time hiking and not do anything touristy (not in the budget) so I have to deal with that I suppose. I've been doing a lot of mental preparation regarding this because I really do like hiking sometimes, but I haven't done it in so long and I really just wanted to relax when I went on vacation. I'll just have to deal with it I guess ... I just need to psych myself up for it.

I turned eighteen on Monday which was really exciting. I got to go to the casino and stuff, but I was also really sad because Dennis (my ex) called me to wish me a happy birthday and to tell me he still loves me. I don't know about my feelings for him, but I think it's unfair to just get back together with him because I miss him a little. Until I find myself, get settled in my place as an 'adult' and try to deal with my own life I don't think I should get someone else involved.

I guess I still have a lot of baggage. That's all right, though. I'll post later with some pictures from New Hampshire! Have a happy Friday!
