Holding on by just a thread, drifting away amongst the dead.
Feeling no regret as I'm taken down, the faces amongst me make not a sound
Into the nothingness I heed my fate, know you will go on free of hate.
My dearest I gave you my heart, I never intended for my life to part.
The spirit of the dying hold me back, my goal becomes clear as I'm given no slack.
Drifting off into eternity I call your name, It seems to be the grace that keeps me sane.
I vow to return to you my love the universe my art form.
When the wind kisses your cheeks, it shall be my voice you seek.
And when the sunlight falls upon your face, it will become my saving grace.
And as the snow falls upon the ground, I shall see you are safe and sound.
The leafs that autumn brings, contain my hope or so it seems.
And as the night falls and the moon is high, my eyes shall find you lighting the sky.
The stars weep at your beauty, a sight proven to be most futile.
And the day comes along the river styx
I'll return to you once more..........
Upon the greater edge of sanity I lie, to hell and back without a sigh.
Oh the great distances I have traveled, seeing your face makes it all matter.
My love I cannot ask you to join me, but my love for you is forever this you shall see.
So my time is short now this I distress, I'll love you always even in death.....

Nothing is sacred when no one is saved
Nothing's forever, so count your days
Nothing is final, and no one is real
Pray for tomorrow, and find you're empty still.
