MidNight Chapter 7: The Accident
As i followed Dusk into the kitchen, i noticed that it was spot less "We don't eat so this place usually never gets used" Cindy smiled and laughed alittle. I laughed to "I noticed" "So Aya are you hungry?" Dusk asked nicely "I-" "She'll eat i made sure she didn't eat anything after lunch today" Shadow smiled as my tummy growled. Everyone laughed. Dusk put two steaks in the oven then sat at the table were we all decided to sit "I just put your dinner in the oven now we wait" "uhh thank you you really didn't have too" I was a bit nervous about all this but i tried to hide it. Dusk went back into the kitchen and came back with the plate, it had the two steaks mashed potatoes and creamed corn. i was handed a fork and a steak knife. "Thank you" the steak knife i wasn't handling properly ran across my hand. "No" Shadow yelled i was pushed from the table as Richie lunged at me. Shadow and Riku tired to hold him down but Kira's cry made him stop. Shadow pulled him up and threw him outside "Everyone step out i'll deal with this" Dusk ordered. Dusk cleaned the cut on hand and wrapped it up "How do u stop yourself from being like Richie?" I asked "It wasn't easy but i learned" Dusk answered. "Thank you for dinner and for wrapping up my arm" "No problem Aya" Dusk smiled and walked away. I walked outside were Shadow was waiting to take me home "You ok?" Shadow asked me as i sat in the passenger seat "I'm fine Promise" He looked down and started the car "Ok..." We drove back to my house in silence, we pulled into the drive way and we walked around the house and into the back yard "Aya-" "What? what had happened was nothing-" "NO! it wasn't nothing, you could have been killed" "But i know u wouldn't let it happen" "Thats not the point!" It went silent "We can't be together anymore" I bursted into tears "Wh...what?" "I'm sorry Aya its too dangerous for you to be with me" "SO?!" "I'm sorry..." As he walked away i fell to my knees and then ended up laying there....
