Ok hi, again, i hope u read my last entry uh.. this one is on how to keep ur cool or controling ur anger.So here's a list of how to control ur anger ready, her it is!
walk away
don't talk to the person that got u mad until u cool down
if some one asks u if ur ok say whats on ur mind adn tell them y ur mad
just stick with ur friends
if the person bothers u just don't say anthing and walk away(hand gestures and sign lanuage count too pple)
If they keep bother ing u tell them to get away from uand just keep walking away.
one i personaly I like is not being friends with that person if u have had enough of that person inperticular.
