the homecoming dance is coming up next saturday (Oct. 10, 09). its gonna be my first dance. i'm not making a big fuss about it cuz i learned a long time ago to not get my hopes up for anything. my friends on the other hand are getting all excited for it and going all out. me, im just gonna put on a dress, wear flats, wear some jewelry (maybe) and that's about it. u can't expect me to dance though cuz i have no idea how to. i guess the only reason im going is for food, and to hang out with friends. u know, now that im looking at it, it doesn't seem like a very good reason to go. oh well.
