The Story of Me
Whatever happens to be on my mind at the time!
Part 1
So here my first attempt at a real storyline:

Champagne Star comes from a far away land in the Orient, although not in the way that Westerners think of the Orient meaning China, but more associated with the Eastern* view Orient near such exotic lands as Turkestan and Kazakhstan. In her little province, Champagne Star serves as Princess, or more accurately as Prince as the tittle goes. Many Western readers may have noticed some discrepancy in this title, as anyone who has seen Champagne Star will no doubt have notice that she is a well made, beautiful young lady. The answer lies in a long standing tradition in this land where only men are allowed to hold any form of office, including that of ruler. However, if a ruling family were to have a daughter and no son, the daughter must give the illusion of being male to the subjects of the land by dressing as is customary of men in this part of the world, so that this long standing tradition is not seen as being broken. This oddity is helped in its deception by the fact that no subject of this land is allowed to see the rulers face or hear their voice, due to their greatness of power and authority. When in the presence of anyone, save her advisor and two other confidants, Champagne Star wears a dark veil and only gives instruction to her advisor on what she has said, who then repeats it out loud for the benefit of those present. In keeping with her persona as Prince, she was given the finest education offered, with tutors from all over the world: philosophers from France, economists from Britain, and mathematicians and astronomers from Arabia and North Africa. Champagne Star, being as brilliant and intelligent as the best of any man, fully grasped these subjects and, in fact, excelled in them to a very high degree, enabling her to be considered one of the few enlightened rulers of the East by Voltaire.

*In this sentence, "Eastern" is used to signify the Russian Empire, as many in what is commonly called the "West", meaning Western Europe, consider this region to in fact be part of the Asia or the "East". In this way, what is callled the "Orient" of the Russian Empire is not the same as that of the West.
