KH: Who Ordered Pizza?
Title: Who Ordered Pizza?
Author: Trilies
Genre: Drama, Musical
Word length: 1678
Sypnosis: Xemnas has a new job for Vexen, one he may not particularly like. Refusal, however, has never really been an option, has it?
Yaoi/Yuri/Pairings: familyship Papa!Xemnas + Larxene&Saix&Marluxia, familyship Vexen/Lucrecia Crescent + Xion
Notes: Y halo thar, Repo the Genetic Opera crossover! Au. Thing. I blame Anakha the Silver yet again for even vaguely introducing this concept. As of yet, we have three different ideas of "Nathans and Shilohs". Xehanort/Ansem the Fake, Aeleus/Lexaeus, and Vexen all make interesting candidates for the father with a dirty little secret and protective over their only child. Riku, Roxas, and Xion could all be the child sick over their father's obsession with the past and wanting to see the world.

If you haven't seen Repo, I definitely recommend it. Especially if you like musicals, or rock operas.

Who Ordered Pizza?

Hissssssss go the elevator doors, and out steps a cold figure, toxin green eyes glittering frigidly in the dim light. They quickly take note of the luxurious and spacious office; furniture is sparse, save for a few things, all occupied. A gore red couch, decorated by elegant gold, holds the lounging body of a beautiful blonde woman. Her head rolls over an armrest so that she can smirk at him, bright eyes sparkling cruel venom as her short hair brushes against the nape of her hand. Her sadistic mirth shines in her eyes, accenting the malice which makes up her very being. In a chair to match the couch is her brother, although the two of them look nothing alike: an elegant man with impeccable fashion taste and soft rose-colored locks which fall over his shoulders. He has a devilish smirk to match the woman's. They're an obvious contrast to the last of the Largo children. He perhaps bears the most resemblance to his father, if the bright gold of his irises is an indication. No one knows where the scar on his face is from, but if Vexen had to guess, he'd say from a fight; the oldest of the siblings always has had a vicious temper.

After the cursory glance, Vexen refuses to look at any of them. They're despicable little pieces of trash, and he hates every single one of the children. To be honest, he can't say he's much fond of their father, either... But that's more from fear, guilt, and need than hatred, and Vexen has never been fond of relying on others. But what choice does he have?

With sharp clacks of his boots, Vexen strides past Larxene Sweet, refuses to trade glances with Marluxia Largo, and only bares the wariest of glances towards Saix before he stops before the desk of his ruthless employer. Bare fingers tighten once around the heavy handle of his bag before he slams the compartment onto the impressive desk. The movement makes the container slide open, revealing bright medical white and a heavy lump of flesh which rolls out with a variety of squishes.

From behind, Saix's voice raises in sharp laughter before his steps can be heard approaching. Out of the corner of his eye, Vexen can see the blue-haired man press his hand against the desk. "Well," he sneers, voice mocking and sharp. "Who ordered pizza? I could go for a slice."

Marluxia joins his brother in the 'playful' jab, and just the sound of his voice makes Vexen want to take a scalpel to some one's eyes. "Ooh, never too pressed for l’dramatico entrance!"

It takes effort to ignore them, but if there's anything Vexen has gained from all these years, it's willpower. Taking a silent deep breath, he asks stonily, "You wanted to see me?"

Behind the desk, a dark figure reclines, steepling his fingers together. The only thing which ruins his shadow-like appearance is his long silver hair and his eyes... Having them focused on him only makes Vexen want to shudder, but he refrains. Those maddeningly bright amber eyes see far too much... "Thank you for coming," Xemnas says, deep voice heavy with satisfaction. "I have your new assignment."

"Hot off the meat truck!" Saix mocks. He's rewarded with a sharp glare by the repoman, but then Vexen is quickly focused on Xemnas once more. Something is wrong here...

"Is there a reason you couldn't phone me this target?"

Xemnas' eyes shine in an odd manner that bode no good. "This is a job of special importance," he says slowly, leaning forward and placing his elbows on his desk, fingertips still pressed against each other. "It is involving a GeneCo employee, a singer we all know."

"The has-been soprano!" Larxene's voice sings in terrible delight.

"A traitor to GeneCo," Saix's dangerous voice says, even as Vexen's eyes are widening in realization.

"Tonight is her last show!" Sharp heels snap against the tiled floor as Larxene leaps from her spot on the couch to join her older brother's side. Then Xemnas is on his feet as well-

"I can't afford a scandal here."

Why the hell are they all gathering around him? Vexen curses the thought as Marluxia joins the little circle with an acidly sweet request. "Please handle Zexian's face with care."

A large screen behind the desk is flickering to life, showing a multitude of pictures, all of the same woman, with information on every little bit of her life. She's truly quite pretty, with slate bangs falling elegantly over one eye. What can be seen of her irises is captivating; they're a captivating brilliant pale blue, filled with tiny little symbols that only show how much it must have cost to get them done. She's obviously in the middle of a show, eyes falling half-shut every so often as she opens her mouth to sing, although there is no sound. Zexian Orosco... Blind Zex to the masses... Even as Vexen is staring, trying to process all the information that floods the screen, the Largo's family's voices are combining to ring in his ears:

"Take her down!"

He can't panic, can't let too much emotion show- "But Zexian's eyes are-" he begins, only to be cut off by Xemnas.

"Are GeneCo's." He puts on a look of sympathy that Vexen knows to be false. "I know this may be hard..."

Closing his eyes and trying to ignore the three other presences pressed far too close to him, trying to intimidate him into compliance, Vexen breathes in deep. The action calms him. "Zexian was Lucrecia's best friend," he points out quietly, wondering if that will even do anything. Lucrecia and Xemnas had been close, once upon a time, but he knows that the man is practically heartless; others' feelings mean nothing to him.

"You break my heart," Saix snarls softly, breath washing over the side of Vexen's face and his neck as the scarred man bares his too-sharp teeth. Then a deceptively delicate touch is on Vexen's shoulder as Marluxia leans on him. The man's blue eyes shine in cruel amusement, even as he pleasantly suggest, "You can... reunite them." His words slide down the back of Vexen' s neck in a thoroughly unpleasant manner, as if it's following the sharp tip of Larxene's nail as she drags it gently down the back of his neck.

It'd be easy to follow orders, wouldn't it? He's done so much worse before, hasn't he? Torn people to shreds without a second glance, dissected them like mere frogs. But he's not lost his heart yet; Lucrecia's memory keeps it safe... "I cannot do this job." For now. With a glare that could melt metal at the surrounding Largo siblings, Vexen shoves them away with a sweep of his hands before taking a step backwards. Another, and then he quickly turns away, striding with long legs to the elevator, hoping to escape before-

"Remember who you are..." It's so hard to ignore Xemnas' voice. There's something darkly hypnotic about it that forces one to stumble and pause, wanting to hear more of those shadowy promises. "Remember what you did to Lucrecia..." Not to mention he has a way of finding which memory to sink into Vexen's skin like a thousand tiny hooks. "Must I take you back there?"

Vexen had tried to keep walking, but at the promise of those painful memories, he simply can't move on. Clenching shaking fists, the repoman squeezes his eyes shut. "Please don't take me back there..." His voice sounds far too quiet, far too weak. It only makes Vexen hate himself all the more.

"Why relive that moment?" Xemnas' footsteps are silent, and the only sign that he is approaching closer is how his voice is getting louder, although still soft and deadly, and how his hand lays itself in fake comfort upon Vexen's shoulder.

"I can't relive it..." Already, the memories are tormenting him, and Vexen has to turn away, crossing his arms as if that will hide his most painful of weaknesses. In his mind's eye, he can see her: beautiful and serene as she lies upon their bed, hair brought up in that beautiful blue ribbon he remembers having bought for her so many years ago. It had been a mere replacement for a yellow one he had been so sure she would favor more, but no... She'd been so happy those early times, and even then, sick and bearing a child, she had trusted him so much... Had swallowed his created 'cure' with no hesitation.

"That dark, fateful night when you murdered your wife!" Xemnas' voice tears apart those happy memories like mere paper, and Vexen is stuck in the past, watching in mute horror as the one of the only people had ever loved shudders, blood dripping from her mouth and splattering against the floor. In real life, the blond is frozen still, eyes staring vacantly in pain, one hand pressed against his mouth as the other remains crossed over his chest. "It’s too painful. Lucrecia was past helping..."

As if hypnotized, Vexen only echoes softly, "Lucrecia was past helping..."

"Xion's life was slipping!"

He doesn't see the noxious smiles which darken the faces of the Largo siblings, so caught up in past mistakes and lost lives. "Xion was slipping..."

"She needed her dad," Xemnas hisses, both hands gripping Vexen's shoulders from behind now. "And I needed skilled hands. So I... fixed things." Something sinister is present in his low tones, but Vexen doesn't notice. He only shudders, head bowed and hidden in shadow.

"I will honor that agreement." Vexen finds himself echoing Xemnas' next words in perfect harmony before he even knows what he's doing.

"You'll(I'll) do(do) as(as) you're(I'm) told(told) so(so) Xion(Xion) never(never) knows(knows)..."

That cursed grip idly removes itself from his grip, and Xemnas' voice is soft in mock empathy and ease. "About that dark and fateful night..."

"Or my secret repo life," Vexen murmurs, eyes narrowed in pain as he runs his hands through his hair and recalls a young girl with short black hair and smiling bright blue eyes.

Xemnas steps back, blending back with his family and smiling in dark, malicious satisfaction that goes unnoticed by the pained repoman.

"Don't deny your repo life..."
