Broken, bleeding heart
My heart bleeds,
But still beats,
For you alone.

To hear your voice,
To feel your touch,
To see your smile.

I will always love you,
No matter what they say,
But I will always be in pain.

You tore me apart,
Saying you don’t love me,
That you don’t want me.

My heart will forever be yours,
Though it is beyond repair,
I will always love you.

For Preston, who tore my heart to pieces, and who I mourn when the other girls find the truth of their lover.
