I believe that Disney Stars come from the It's a Small World ride. The robots are built and placed in the ride. Then they dance and sing for 5 years on the ride. This prepares them for the big time. Why do you think all disney stars know how to dance and sing when they are first put out there? After 5 years, the cutest, most whore/crush worthy ones are plucked from the rest, dressed up in hot fashions, given a script, and placed in front of a camera.
