Recently, I've been on a hunt to find some good artists with DECENTLY priced artwork.

This is really hard to find. Either you find people who want a mil per picture or you get the people who want BRIBES. I hate bribes. Saying "Bribe me" is just another way to say, "I want an absurd amount of money for a picture, but I don't want to post it cause I'll look like a douche, so I'll wait until you offer". Seriously, post a price or GTFO. I don't have time to haggle with you.
