I've got skills:: Jess can teleport in nearly a blink of an eye. Here, there, anywhere. Increasingly developing his skill, currently he can teleport rather far miles upon miles. The further though the riskier and as Kurt Wagner it's not safe for him to teleport somewhere he is unfamiliar. When he teleports it leaves a short lasting blurred image of him in the pose he was when he ported. It doesn't last very long though. He teleports a lot and is always on the go enjoying his spontaneous powers. His teleporting is more of a "fwhup" not a "bamf"
Wanna know me?:: Jess 's personality is much like his power, it's high paced and sporadic. Jess doesn't have much a sense of personal space, he likes to be near people and socializing. He can be pushy and joking, he normally ignores (or enjoys) people's annoyed reactions to him. He has a good heart though, he can be thoughtful to those he is closest too but he mostly expects people to pay attention to him not vie versa. He enjoys things going over quickly and his way. Darby can be a team player, in fact he enjoys using his powers to help a team member cream the bad guys. Jess is loyal but overall he's a teen and can be somewhat the typical one.
My past.What made me who I am today:: Jess like most mutants wasn't accepted too highly. Many thought he was a disgrace even his family who was honestly a bit scared. Jess knew his family loved him though, still he hated that he caused them panic. He knew his family was being burdened and he finally teleported on the road. Compared to most mutants he had it easy, he narrowly escaped any dangers of street life by his mutant skills. He met another mutant runaway talking of a rumored safe-haven school. Jess teleported himself and the other mutant there.
Now, years later from running away, he found out his younger sister was a mutant. Jess was upset and he hoped joining the X-Men, and getting to actually go out, he'd find his sister who he heard was somehow a part of an opposing ("evil" wink mutants group.
Oh, yeah!:: People, chandlers (fun to hang on), Pop Rocks, playing pag, playing video games, teasing and playing jokes
Ugh, NO! :: Birds (bad memories) , Mazes, Port-o-Potties, closed in spaces, peppers
