The Third Tier of this Kekkei Genki
awakens the daemonic(old god) blood running through the veins of the Starrk clan. Thus giving them massive amounts of chakra, stamina, strength and speed. Almsot to the factor to where its consider'd 'inhuman'.
The Fourth Tier of this Kekkei Genkai
Allows the person to use a multitudes of techniques.
Such a technique called Hierro which allows the user to use chakra to harden there skin to a point where it would take massive force to break through.
Another ability allows the user to concentrate his massive chakra source in a single blast in order to eliminate a single foe or many.( effects vary on elements included and amount of chakra used.

輪廻眼; Literally meaning "Samsara Eye" wink is the most revered and, according to Fukasaku, the most powerful of all the three great dōjutsu. The Rinnegan's occurrence is so rare that Jiraiya once believed its existence was only a legend, and Kakashi Hatake believes it to be only a mutation.[1] There have thus far been only two known users: the Sage of the Six Paths and Nagato. With the Sage long deceased and with Nagato now dead, there are no confirmed Rinnegan users alive at this point.
The Rinnegan is characterized by a ripple-like pattern around the pupil, with a grayish-purple iris and sclera. In addition to enabling the user to quickly master various jutsu, the user may also use all six forms of chakra nature transformation which, as noted by Ibiki Morino, literally allows its user to use any technique they wish. It also allows the user to use all of the six paths techniques.[2] Like the Sharingan and the Byakugan, the Rinnegan also allows the user to see chakra, including otherwise hidden barriers. According to Nagato's partner Konan, the possessor of the Rinnegan is the seventh path of Pain, who is "beyond life and death", and can use the Outer Path: Samsara of Heavenly Life Technique, which allows the Rinnegan user to revive all people who have recently died.
Because Nagato's Six Paths of Pain were all reanimated corpses, their Rinnegan was added to their bodies by Nagato through some unknown means. By doing so, Nagato could see each individual body's field of vision, coordinating the bodies with extremely precise planning, even during battles. Due to this effect, unlike the Byakugan, the Rinnegan does not have a blind spot, as long as the bodies are looking in every direction or at least one body is looking at the desired target. Because of this advantage, an opponent must blind one body, or distract all others in order for a blind spot to be opened. The animals summoned by the Animal path also had Rinnegan eyes, suggesting that Nagato controlled and could see through them as well. Madara Uchiha also stated that while the Sharingan and Mangekyō Sharingan can translate some of the text on the tablet the Sage left behind, only the Rinnegan can fully read the words on it.
Rinnegan Ninjutsu's
Shinra Tensei
the ability to manipulate gravity at the users will to repulse matter away. Depending on the amount of force the Deva Path puts in this Jutsu, it can easily shatter wood, bones or stone. By using this technique as a defensive measure, all attacks directed to the user will be deflected, no matter the size or mass. The only downside to this technique is that there is a short period when it is unusable after being used, though only for roughly five seconds. The bottom is the basic use of Shinra Tensei.Shinra Tensei can also be used on a larger scale for massive destruction. Before it can be used, Nagato must break his connection with all but the Deva path (presumably to channel all available chakra through it). A massive gravity well is created above the target, crushing everything beneath in a titanic explosion. Using it on this scale shortens Nagato's lifespan and leaves him unable to use the Deva path for several minutes.
Outer Path: Samsara of Heavenly Life Technique
By channeling his power through the King of Hell, Nagato can re-infuse new life force energy to the dead bodies of those recently killed. With their rejuvenated bodies acting as an anchor, the individual souls are then able to leave the crossroad between life and the afterlife, returning back to their physical vessels. The jutsu targets all the individuals killed, even those not necessarily killed by the Six Paths of Pain. There seems to be a limited time for when this technique can be used, as Nagato is unable to bring back those who have remained dead for an extended period of time, such as Yahiko and Jiraiya. This technique requires a massive amount of chakra, due to which it resulted in Nagato's death due to chakra overuse. Nagato became severely weakened, his hair becoming increasingly thinner and grayer as he performed the technique.
Banshō Ten'in
a technique similar to Shinra Tensei in that it manipulates gravity at the users will, however instead of pushing objects away, it draws them close. It is unknown if it can be used in a similar scale as Shinra Tensei or if it has the same five second limit.
Senjutsu
Sage Mode
Unlike most 'Sages' Kisuke changes completely in personality, he becomes a extremely brutal, and full of bloodlust, quick to hack down whoever his target is.Tis transformation is usually under extreme emotional strain or while Kisuke is in a near-death state. Kisuke refers to this form as the 'Death Knight' Mode.
Water Release :
Great Exploding Water Colliding Wave
-A stronger version of the Water Release: Exploding Water Colliding Wave, Kisame spits out a large amount of water and covers a entire area, with massive waves crushing the opponents. He then forms the water into a giant orb, rather than let it flow out like the jutsu's weaker version.
Water Cannon Replica
-This jutsu enables the user to control surrounding water and moisture much like Gaara controls his sand. It can be used to block most incoming attacks, bind or drown opponents, and shape the water into various attacks, allowing the user in conjunction with the Summoning Technique to allow water-based summonings to fight in areas that it normally need water to move around by either trapping the target in the same water or maneuvering the water to allow the summing to chase the target. It is able to extract and utilize groundwater, and as is very effective most areas, but useless in rocky areas.
Water Tomb
-After using the Water Release: Great Exploding Water Colliding Wave, Water Release : Five Feeding Sharks, and Water Release: Water Prison.
The userfuuels multitudes of summoned sharks into the massive prison causing the target to suffocate or be devoured.
Fire Release :
Great Dragon Fire Technique
-The user fires several large dragon-shaped fireballs at their opponent. The technique appears to require a lot of chakra to use, as Sasuke had to activate level two of his cursed seal to use the technique. It is able to alter localized weather conditions by condensing water vapor with extreme heat to the point of making thunder clouds when shot into the air.
Phoenix Immortal Fire Technique
-This jutsu sends multiple balls of fire at a target. It is also possible to hide shuriken within the fireballs, creating an unexpected secondary surprise attack. For the most part, however, this jutsu is used as a distraction.
Roaring Flame Sphere-Itachi exhales a meteor-sized sphere of fire that carries the enemy away and causes a massive explosion on impact.[1] This is much like Fire release : Great Fireball but a larger and destructive version.
Uchiha 'Sharingan' Techniques
Amaretasu
-One of the highest level Fire Release techniques, as well as one of the most powerful ninjutsu in existence. It is said to represent the "Material World and Light" (物質界と光, Busshitsukai to Hikari), the antipode to Tsukuyomi, a genjutsu of similar power and a fellow Mangekyō Sharingan dōjutsu.
The jet-black flames of the Amaterasu, said to be as hot as the sun, ignite whatever the user looks upon. This can be either a specific point or anything in the user's field of vision. They unavoidable as long as the user keeps their eye focused on their target. The flames are extremely powerful, capable of burning through Jiraiya's Summoning: Toad Mouth Bind, which Jiraiya stated to be fire resistant. It can even smother regular flames easily. Amaterasu is said to burn for seven days and seven nights, and cannot be extinguished with water or any other normal methods. However, the flames burn fairly slowly, allowing anyone struck by Amaterasu an opportunity to remove whatever clothing or body parts have been caught ablaze. Use of the technique also puts a great deal of strain on the user, typically causing their eyes to bleed.
Tsukuyomi
-Named after the Shinto Moon god, Tsukuyomi is one of the most powerful genjutsu in existence. It is unique to the Uchiha clan and only those with the Mangekyō Sharingan can perform it. It is said to represent the "Spiritual World and Darkness" (精神界と闇, Seishinkai to Yami), the antipode to Amaterasu, a ninjutsu of similar power and fellow Mangekyō Sharingan dōjutsu, said to represent the "Material World and Light" (物質界と光, Busshitsukai to Hikari). Tsukuyomi requires eye contact to be performed. When executed, the jutsu traps the target in an illusionary world that is completely controlled by the user. While it only takes a few seconds to complete in the real world, the user can make it seem as if days have passed for the target. Depending on the user's whim, they can either torture their target for what seems like days on end, or make them relive a traumatic event over and over. When the jutsu ends the resultant psychological trauma will render the target unable to fight for an extensive period of time, and possibly suffer a complete mental breakdown. An example of this is Kakashi Hatake, who had to be hospitalized for quite some time after Itachi performed the Tsukuyomi on him.
A common feature of illusions created by Tsukuyomi is a red moon that casts a red light throughout the illusion, giving the background a blood-red appearance while the figures within the illusion are in a grayscale, inverted color. This feature is not present when Itachi uses Tsukuyomi against Sasuke Uchiha in Part II.
Such a powerful technique is not without its disadvantages, however. Due to the complexity of the illusion and the quickness with which it is executed, an enormous amount of chakra is necessary but had little to no effect on the stress that is put on the eyes, leaving Itachi perfectly fine after performing it despite his loss of chakra. Though Kakashi says that Tsukuyomi cannot be escaped, Sasuke has been able to break out of Tsukuyomi by using his own Sharingan.
Although Sasuke has not been seen using any genjutsu specifically labeled as Tsukuyomi, his usage of both Amaterasu and Susanoo suggests that he is able to. Both Itachi and Sasuke have noted that in order to use Susanoo, both Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi must have been awakened, further reinforcing that Sasuke can use Tsukuyomi.
Tsukuyomi-induced comas are however, curable, as shown when Tsunade quickly and easily countered its aftereffects affecting Kakashi and Sasuke, though admittedly, no one but she was able to, hinting the mental damage it causes is considerably high, and the victims had to stay in bed for a little while longer, looking rather disoriented after being healed.
Madara Uchiha's Moon's Eye Plan involves acquiring the Ten-Tailed Beast's power and body in the moon, which allows him to cast an "Infinite Tsukuyomi" (無限月読, Mugen Tsukuyomi) throughout the entire world, effectively letting him conquer it.
Susanoo
-Susanoo is a technique that creates a spiritual being resembling a yamabushi. It is the third ability granted by the Mangekyō Sharingan, along with Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi, and according to Madara Uchiha, for a Sharingan user to activate the Susanoo is a rarity.[2] Like the the other techniques granted by the Mangekyō Sharingan, the user is strained while using Susanoo because they must act as a medium for the spirit, allowing it to consume their life force energy. Sasuke describes it as feeling pain in every cell in one's body, and while Itachi was close to death, it slowly deteriorated. Both Itachi and Sasuke are able to summon the spirit, though they differ in appearance. They both begin by forming a large skeleton with muscle tissue around the user. It acts as armor for the user and it is capable of regenerating as long as the user has the energy to spare. Itachi's version gains another layer of armor and it wields the sacred Yata no Kagami (八咫鏡, Eight Span Mirror) as a shield in its left hand and the the legendary Totsuka no Tsurugi (十拳剣, Ten Hands Long Sword) in its right hand. The mirror is considered one of the three sacred treasures capable of reflecting all attacks, and the sword, which is also known as the Sakenagi Longsword (酒刈太刀, Sakenagi no Tachi; Sake Cutter Longsword), is sheathed in a sake jar held by a third hand growing from Susanoo's right forearm. It is an ethereal weapon with an enchanted blade capable of sealing anything it pierces in a "world of drunken dreams" for all eternity. Orochimaru sought the sword, described as a perfect counter for his own Kusanagi Sword, and Zetsu commented that he could never find it because it doesn't actually have a physical form.[3] Zetsu also said that the Totsuka Sword combined with the Yata mirror essentially makes Itachi invincible, and has thus been labeled as the "Raging God of Battle".[1]
Sasuke is able partially manifest his version of Susanoo as a mere ribcage around himself for a strong defense or a hand capable of demolishing objects. He is also able to form the full spirit for attacking, though he still summons the ribcage to quickly defend himself. He also combines the technique with Amaterasu to further increase his defensive power by making it impossible to touch Susanoo without being set ablaze.[4] Sasuke's version has a much darker appearance, along with an evil aura and large horns. It wields a blade in its left hand capable of easily shattering stone pillars.
Lighting Release :
Chidori
-This jutsu channels a large amount of lightning-chakra to the user's hand. The amount of chakra is so great that it becomes visible. The high concentration of electricity produces a sound reminiscent of many birds chirping, hence the name. Once the technique is completed, the user charges forward and thrusts the Chidori into the target. This produces heavy amounts of damage that is usually fatal to humans. This technique is classified as an assassination technique because of the speed at which it is performed, despite the loud noise it produces.
Spear Of One Thousand Birds
-Sasuke increases the range of his Chidori by using form manipulation to extend it into a blade up to 5 meters in length. This blade is capable of splitting into multiple additional blades upon contact with an enemy, drastically increasing the number of wounds it can inflict. However, each of these additional blades is proportionally weaker than a single focused Chidori. Like other Chidori-related techniques, this jutsu will numb any target it hits. It can also be swung to cut things, shown when he used it to sever the wing of Deidara's dragon.
Kirin
-extremely powerful, one-shot lightning technique that strikes in the blink of an eye. The user draws lightning directly from thunder clouds to supplement the power of his or her strike, and controls it with chakra. Because the technique uses natural lightning as opposed to elemental chakra, its power easily outmatches all other Lightning Releases. However, the preparation time required also decreases the technique's efficiency. This technique in the absence of active thunder clouds requires Fire Release: Great Dragon Fire Technique or other such techniques to produce the necessary storm conditions to initiate it.
To initiate a lightning storm, and then to take control of lightning in order to guide it to a target while using the shape manipulation shown above, drained even Sasuke of most of his chakra. However, the manipulation of the lightning itself requires little chakra. In addition, usage seems to destroy the thunder clouds as the sky cleared up of clouds after use. As such, this technique can only be used once in a fight. However, the blast is strong enough to completely annihilate the entire Abandoned Uchiha Stronghold, so it is almost unavoidable. Itachi withstood this technique by using Susanoo.
Mood Swing;; Lazy
On normal occasions, Kisuke is rather lazy and un-willing to do much for any-one. Even in fights in the 'end-game' Kisuke can be seen giving mercy to his opponents rather then killing them. When confronted by his 'peers' Kisuke would simply state "Its to much of a hassle to kill them" one of his most heard sayings is. " Game over, run now and I won't chase you." or something of that variety.
Stubborn
Even when injured Kisuke will flat-out, refuse to rest and heal if he thinks it will slow down the process of achieving what-ever he's trying to accomplish.
Caring
Alot of the time, Kisuke is seen putting his peers first, in-fact during his time as a Genin in Kirigakure,on a misson a rogue had appeared and attacked aimingto stab a women in the village. With-out a second-thought Kisuke had jumped in front of the kunai taking the blow,after doing so his 'Sensei' had came along effortlessly defeating the rogue.
Back Then;; Kisuke was born to the main enemy himself, Madara Uchiha , and Kisuke's mother ,Kimiko Starrk,.
Being cnceived during the times that his Father took position as Mizukage, those years were happy not much horrible things took place then. Then around the age of 1-1 1/2 years Madara left Kirigakure, with the Akatsuki, leaving Kimiko to be a single mother.Things went on, as if nothing had happened untilone day, Madara decided to destroy all Romantical Ties thus he told a few subordinates to the Akatsuki to go kill Kimiko and Kisuke. Ti woed smooth on the day of Kisuke's graduation from the Genin Academy. The Rogues came in and killed his mother and then went fowards to kill Kisuke though something had happened the fearsome Rinnegan had unlocked through ties of his mother's blood-line, Kisuke effectively used his new found techniques easly sending rogues through the walls. Thus killing them. Over the years Kisuke remained in Kirigakure, reaching Jounin at the ripe age of 14 and then anbu at 16, made a captain around 18. Though at the age of 19 he left the village, the reason for such thing is unclear, all that was said was "I can't stay here anymore to many burdens. "
