I started a food diarey today. Now I'm not trying to lose weight more like maintain weight while adding muscle. Where did this isnpriation come from you might ask? Well I saw the victoria secret run way last night on youtube. And I wondered why I was so different and as the show went on I realized I wasn't I just wasn't in shape like I used to me. I'm 5'7 o 5'8 and I weigh about 142 pounds. That's a good healthy weight but I use to have the track star abs and the tone legs. After track season I got more and more lazy so now I'm stepping it up and counting how many calories I'm burning in a day and how many I'm eating. I want to take better care of myself and that's my new years promise. Taking better care of myself.
