Warning! Celox Becomes Very Emo during the course of this story!
Chapter 0: Regrets. One day after the Nightmare Celox sighed a bit and sat down at the clock tower, watching the sunset that Twilight Town was famous for. “Hey, Axel, Xion… It’s been a while.” He started, looking up at the sky. Then he let out a small Chuckle. “Then again, one day isn’t that long, huh?”
After that, He pulled out a Light blue ice cream and took a taste, letting the salty-sweetness of the ice cream play against his tongue before he continued, noting he could only really taste the salty flavor. He sighed again and looked up, tears lining his blue eyes. “I never wanted the two of you apart… I just wanted you guys to be happy… I should have left… I…”
Plip.
Tears started falling from Celox’s eyes, and he wiped them with his sleeve. “Heh… I can still fix this… I can do what I should have done…” He said, his eyes hidden underneath his bangs. Although he had a small smile on his face, you could tell he was still crying.
“I can still disappear.” Wind back the clock, Before Darkness clouded minds, Before friends disappeared, Before two were lost to Death…
Chapter 1: Memories Three Days before the Nightmare
Celox sighed to himself, and replayed one of the last words Xion told him. ‘… Axel says you like me.’
It was Completely True. He did have a crush on Xion, but… He knew she loved Axel. And, it seemed like he was causing problems between them, and he wanted nothing more than to see them together. So the logical step would be to leave… Right?
He sighed to himself and ran a hand across his face, before scratching behind his fox-like ears, and then moving forward. He knew He should have just left, but… He wanted to see Xion one last time before, well, before he left. It was selfish, he knew, but he wanted to say goodbye.
He walked around Downtown Twilight Town, Pondering If he should go or not, to see Xion or not. Thankfully, or Unfortunately, That was decided for him.
“Celox!” Xion called, running toward Celox, Her Raven hair Bouncing slightly as she ran. She stopped nearby and caught her breath. “Celox… Where have you been?! It’s been ages!” She said, brushing some of her hair out of her eyes and Grinning. Celox felt his stomach plummet at those words. He felt… Guilty? But he was doing this for them… Right?
Celox Shook his head and looked at Xion. “Hey, Xion… We’ve got to talk soon. I…” He started, but Xion shushed him and dragged him off.
“Come on, We’ve got to hang out!” She said, practically ignoring Celox in her happiness to see him.
“B-But Xion, I…” He said, and sighed and just was dragged along. Xion was stubborn sometimes… He felt another pang as he remembered that this might be the last time he may ever see her. He shook it off and smiled some. That just meant he had to treasure the moments he had.
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Celox sat in front of a house in Twilight town, enjoying an Ice cream with Xion and some other Members of Organization XIII. Why it was still called that with at least 17 members, He’d never know.
He looked over between Nabrixan, Another chosen wielder of the Keyblade, A member that he knew by Xed, Who used Katana and Crystals for power, And Xion and sighed. “Xion… I’m leaving the organization.”
There were loud gasps as Celox Broke the news. Xion’s eyes went wide and her mouth hung open in disbelief. “B-But…”
Celox sighed and continued. “Do you remember when you told me one of Axel’s problems was me liking you? I kept thinking… If I left, then Axel could relax more, and you’d be able to be with him more. That way, you and Axel could be together, and not have problems…”
Xion stopped him again. “Celox, you are my best friend. I want you to stay.” She said. Celox opened his mouth to protest, but Xion cut him off. “If Axel has a problem with you, then I’ll just meet you in private.”
Celox Sighed and rubbed his forehead. “… I don’t ever want it to go that far… But I’ll stay.” He said, Looking up.
This will keep updating as I go along.
