A dark angel sent down from heaven,
as beautiful as night to torture those in her wake
and make them feel an awe inspiring feeling
of craziness that to this day is known as love.
A love so strong that you become
dependent upon it to breath,
and as it eludes your grasp
your heart is sorely crushed beneath the weight
that was once that love.
And as your soul becomes crushed...
you reach out to every dark image
every tormenting thought
and grasp it in your arms and won't let it escape.
Bringing in the dark reality that there is only one person
trust worthy of the love of that you give, yourself.
Yet you cannot and will not trust yourself with your own heart
for fear that you yourself are inadequate
