Well, today has been the opening day of Angel Wings and Devil Tails Cafe and Bar. Thankfully there wasn't a lot going on in Present Mansion, so I could focus on that.
Not that nothing was going on, appearingly from what we can tell the secret involves growing an extra head. Thankfully Bootok is still alive, but we don't think he's in his right mind at the moment. The Doctor has also been infected too so... yes...
At any rate the opening was a success, as long as you weren't expecting throngs of people. Creek and Fox especially are the two customers foremost on my mind. They set the tone for a more literate role play. Fox I think has been at this for a while, so I hope I can keep up. Though I'm not sure how else to make the place more unique than the fact it changes, though he made some wonderful suggestions which will help in the running of the place.
People also seemed to have caught onto the unique menu of the place as well, which was good. I'm glad they did just because it is one of the few things that makes the place stand out. Kyoko or Kyo-chan as she likes to be called will help out. I have to add her as a waitress or greeter or something. I had first thought to not hire anyone, but if it weren't for Shadow (the cat I created on the spur of the moment) I wouldn't be able to make it. It's a lot harder than it looks since I don't want to leave anyone hanging, but I"ll manage it.
Talking to Fox I let a bit leaked about the issues I was having (in my role play world) about having this cafe. Mainly with Treyzk who doesn't like the idea of a bar and most certainly doesn't like Fox. So perhaps I can weave a unique story around Kara, and maybe create something different. After all just makign it a place to talk and eat is no fun eh? I'll discuss that with Kyoko, after all I want this place to be a success.
