P.S. ~ Ref. 1 - This Ref. is practically perfect! The character even looks like him, except his hair's a little bit darker on the blonde scale and a tad more tame. Plus the symbol on his hat is suppose to be glass goggles, so please fix that.(You may also play around with the colours, just keep the brown parts brown, thank you)
