* It is completely reasonable for a comedian like John Stewart to have interviews with "Tickle Me Gitmo" or a bagel Hand puppet stuck through a "story hole." He never pretended to be other than what he is. It's not okay for people billed as actual news reporters to pull the same sort of stunts. On behalf of the sane and ethics minded, I mush cry out, "No, Keith Olbermann, no!"

* Things are really bad for the Lakota Reservations in the Dakotas. They've had no electricity or water in places for weeks and are buried in snow. If anyone knows how to help, speak up.

* All the phone calls got made today and I waited in an eerily DMV like line just to turn in some required papers, but progress is getting made. I still have more forms to fill out and more running around town after paperwork, presumably to fit in after tomorrow's doctor.

* (RM found), attempt to legalize bullying and harrassment of LGBTQ kids in Iowa. After all, we want to give students free reign to beat kids into the hospital or morgue during school as long as they remember to yell anti-queer slurs. Right? Wrong. Come on people, legalizing bullying against a minority will not improve schools, trust me.
