Yeah, so much for keeping up with stuff, huh?
Right, so, I got that laptop I was drolling over, she's a beaut and I've named her Cortana (since I'm a huge Halo-tard) and I've been delving into my people drawings skills over the past year or so. I've gotten a whole lot better, thanks to Team Fortress 2 and Hanna Is Not A Boy's Name, two AMAZINGLY AWESOME things I have gotten way obsessed with that prompted me to get my arse in gear and do something productive with myself.
Which has worked, surprisingly enough.
I'm currently attending college (onto my third quarter), wringing out as many pre-requisites as I can before I head off down to California and the Academy of Art University, where I hope to get a BFA in Illustration with a minor in Graphic Design (or Creative Writing I haven't quite decided yet). Anyway, I might be taking a quarter off to work, since one of my applications FINALLY went through. Might actually get some income filling my wallet WOO!
As for that Rorschach cosplay I was gushing over, I did get it finished and I did attend Sakura-Con in costume, though it ended up being a tad bit of a rush job since school work hopped in at the most inopportune moment and the mask was a bit shoddy, but workable. I'll possibly be revamping it if my TF2 RED Sniper cosplay doesn't come through.
So, yeah, there's an update on me and my life.
