So my dad's side of the family went bowling. Win. I ,of course, being the fantastic bowler I am, lost. No surprise there. However, I did get a prize. Left over marshmallow peeps! So my next move is to bring those into chemistry class and see what horror we can subject them to. Oh I'm evil.
Now if you think we just went bowling, then you've got another think coming. It was my Uncle Ray's 60th birthday. He is the oldest on that side of the family and, quite frankly, the coolest. So in honor of his day of birth, we played a game. It was the Ray Game. How well do you know Ray? Well, apparently, he likes the color teal, shell gathering, gardening flowers, and hiking. Those answers made him the laughing stock of the party. His brothers, sisters, brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws, and wife made fun of him repeatedly. I was the youngest in the room. Trying to figure out why he like shell gathering Uncle Ted and Uncle Roland made Aunt Clarisse say some rather unlady-like things. Roland: "Here pretty lady I found some shells, you can use it as a top." Ted: "Well, It'll cover the nipples." Roland: "Shhh. There are littluns in here." (points at me) Clarisse: "Oh its not that bad. She has them, she knows what they are." Ted: "Now that is a very unlady-like thing to say." Me: (ZOMG o.O)
That was weird. Now there were 37 questions but we only got to do 36. Question 34 was just too wrong and the youngest of the children there came into the room at that time. We skipped number 34 and I can't help but wonder what it was. Anything to do with rule 34 of the intarwebs? Let's hope to god not.
Teal is not a manly color and I don't think Uncle Ray will live that down for some time. Oh well, hes the one that gives me all of my old music. Bowling was the most dull part of the party.
At one point in time we started dissing this lady in our family whom we all equally hate and Aunt Clarisse ended up on the floor dying with laughter. It was weirder than usual. Oh, well. Uncle Roland didn't get drunk so that was good.
I'd tell you more but it's one of those you-had-to-be-there it's-nokken-dronning's-family type things. Well, I'mma go watch some tv.
