Personality: Quiet and refined for a youth of his age, but thrust with a daunting responsibility. He does his best to navigate with style and aplomb, but finds himself questioning back to the Captals of Old.
Appearance: Dressed in dark colors and bound to his duties, he holds himself in regal regard. His sunbleached hair is always untidy, just as his Great Aunt's was, and his posture is that of a swordsman in keeping with his past nature of a Warrior Mage. His clothes are kept well, and his eyes seem to always stare miles into the distance, past and through anyone to whom he speaks.
Biography: First child of Mikel Rosvenir, he was raised in the presence of Guardians his entire life, and it was no surprise when magic manifested within him. Being the Great Nephew of the Captal, Cailet Ambrai, he was much heralded and heckled by those who sought her counsel and endorsements, but he remained to his scholarly pursuits and continued training in the way of the Warrior Mage. At the age of seventeen he entered his final years of study, before facing off against his Aunt in the Guardian Ritual at nineteen. As Cailet continued to age, however, she began to search for a new Captal candidate, and the only mage whose prowess and ability shown the potential to perform greater acts as Captal was her nephew. At twenty-two he was chosen to become the new Captal and given the Captal's Bequest, granting him all the magical knowledge and lore of the Captals who came before him, as well as the partial souls who chose to remain to guide the Captals in their duties.
The last two years have been filled with intrigue in the court and discontent with such a young Captal, though Cailet had been far younger in her Bequest. Continuing to follow in the footsteps of his predecessor he seeks to rebuild the Mage Academy and Harper Hall to their previous strengths.
