The continuation of Urahara's entrance to Fake Karakura Town! Instead of sliding in and trying to explain things, Urahara enters with a bang--literally.
Shooting a hole through Aizen, he makes his presence known, and the two of them dialogue for a moment before a brash Aizen darts forward to stab him! Ohno--Kisuke, what's happened?!--but wait! Who remembers the inflatable gigai? I sure didn't for a hot minute there.
With Aizen distracted by the decoy, Urahara traps him using 'Rikujyou Kouro', and after that sets loose a powerful barrage of Bakudo spells--And finally, with Hadou 91, Senjyo Kouten Taiho or the 'Thousand Hands Bright Sky Cannon', things look grim for Aizen, who disappears in the blast, leaving Gin to watch, and Ichigo gaping in awe.
However, this was certainly not the end for Aizen, who comes back looking barely scraped and melded even MORE with the Hogyoku, and deals a blow to Kisuke that sends him reeling.
But at this point, after Aizen lets him know that since he has the power of the Hogyoku, he no longer needs to dodge attacks like Hadou 91, Kisuke makes an observation.
"I'm not talking about you dodging the kidou." He states, "If it was the 'older you', you wouldn't have let me try those attacks one by one, would you?"
It is revealed to us then, that Kisuke has put Reiatsu seals on Aizen's hands, to stop reiatsu from "flowing out of his palms." Aizen looks shocked, but that's not all--
The chapter ends with Kisuke's grave words,
"And so you...will be blasted
By your own reiatsu."
Kisuke is then shown from behind standing in front of a column of what I assume is energy; the blast of Aizen's reiatsu that has engulfed him completely.

- Urahara's attacks--He sure didn't earn that captain's title for nothing.
- Urahara's deductions about Aizen--clearly he was right about Aizen and his kidou, but is this fight over? And with that being said, if Aizen survives, what might this mean for the battle?
- Ichigo's part in this--will this fight end with team effort?
- Gin Ichimaru. He's still alive and kicking, folks.
