The boy left that day wondering why they were set free from the darkness. it seemed as the void was a bottomless pit that was impossible to escape from, a place distant from space and time. But then again he looked at the glowing marks on his arm left on him by the now distant void. The lines seemed to trigger a voice in the back of his mind...

The void is only awakened by the despair in ones heart when the anguish in ones heart is too great the void summons he to it then it consumes that persons soul taking away all burdens of the vessel and the body is thrown into the void. But if that anguish and despair were to be destroyed the void has no more use for the vessels and they are set free.


the voice rang through his head over and over.... he shall never forget those words
