Sailor Arete, Senshi of Balloons
SHORT Personality Blurb: Sailor Arete doesn't care how cliche she sounds, she thinks she needs to go home and play some more Wifi matches on Soulsilver (her Froslass+Infernape+Rotom+Giratina+Gallade+Lucario team is totally the best thing ever); and she thinks that gaming and the internet are the best things ever (aside from Pokemon, it rules her world). Did she mention that her time spent cosplaying as a gijinka Giratina was fun and that's why her hair is insane? WELL IT WAS/IS. Oh oh oh, did she tell you that she loves the fact that she looks almost like a cross between Rotom and Driftblim in this outfit? It's totally awesome!
Sailor Arete is bouncy, energetic, gossipy, and her life revolves around Pokemon. She's a bit of an airhead, though; and tends to freeze up in the face of danger.
Attack/Power: Arete Balloon Inflation!
Sailor Arete cups her hands in front of her mouth, blows into them, and points at an opponent. The target's skin that is touching the air begins to look puffy and inflated (as if they've had a severe allergic reaction) and slightly rubbery, and they float six inches off the ground for the next 15 seconds. Their feet snap together, and are tied together by an pale purple string of energy, which is also tied to Arete's right wrist-however, if this ribbon is cut, the targeted enemy drops to the ground and the ribbon disappears (but they still look swollen). If this attack runs out of time, the subject drops to the ground, looking like they just have a case of acne (and even that fades over the next two minutes).
