i remember all the awesome games from the past that were on the NES and SNES, such as legend of zelda, final fantasy, etc...

those days of gaming were so simple... zelda looked simple enough, but had so many secrets hidden deep within the games, a normal gamer could almost never find them by just simply playing the game... they had to try everything... everywhere.

when i saw the game 3D dot game heroes come out, i had to get it, because its basically a tribute to all of those awesome games that ran you ragged looking for awesome secrets and powerful weapons, that kinda stuff...

today, i finally got it... i havent played it yet, but i felt like making an entry about it anyway, its nice to see the old school gaming get brought back, transformed into a 3D pixel world... i heard you can choose from alot of pre-made characters, but i wont know for sure until i try it out...

...theres also a character creation mode, you can build your own character from the 3D blocks/pixels, you can play as anything from a walking sword to a complex-looking anime character, or maybe recreate a character you like from another game in pixel form! 3nodding

oh, and then theres the sick perverts who wanna make a walking p***s or a pair of breasts as their character, whatever... you can do that, too. rolleyes

i think too many people want extreme graphics and complicated controls for games nowadays, people who only more recently got into games have absolutely no idea what its like to be a true gamer...

...especially those people who play video game sports, or pretend to be rockstars by playing with a toy guitar while listening to music, thats just not right!

anyway, im gonna end this before i go on about the greatest era of gaming too much...

i also got a new movie some time ago, ninja assassin, i didnt make a seperate entry for it because... well, its just a single movie... i got tired of tiny insignificant entries.

well, this is the end of this entry... hopefully people who have been playing games since ancient times like i have, remember where they came from.
