You know I had thought when I first saw Gaia it would be the clothes and earning gold to buy clothes that would take up my time. Don't get me wrong I still like clothes and have my eye on one pretty thing I saw. However that is not what is getting my attention of late.
It seems the more time I spend on Gaia the more I am drawn into the world of roleplaying and pets. Roleplaying in the form of my cafe, which like I said I started. It hasn't had good business and is slow most of the time, but it is not dead thanks to some wonderful people. Namely my sister, Treyz, Miyuki and Creek who all keep it alive.
Though of late I find myself checking in on another cafe (or Kafe) which belongs to Kitsune, or at least she's suppose to be the manager, though someone else started it. I haven't seen neither of them of late, though I did promise Kitsune I'd watch the Kafe for a few days. Unfortunately I did not ask for how long were those few days. So I find myself checking in day after day, except for Sunday where we had no internet connection at all. Fortunately Kitsune has a wonderful set of permament customers herself. They keep the place going, its just nice to have someone to serve you especially if you're new to the Kafe. Though I do think everyone misses Kitsune's brewed tea.
One top of that are the pets, my first being Wish, who had grown again. I'll put up her new picture as soon as I save it to photobucket. This has been the best part of roleplaying now that she's fully grown she can talk as Fluffy Cats can. Unfortunately no one has been around the guild for those pets for a few days, except the few that holds journals for their pets like I do. So otherwise, I just role play Wish in the two cafes which is nice. People accept her which is good.
I might get another soon, so I'll have to figure out how to balance that. I have Wish's picture linked in her journal so I might use a slideshow on photobucket if it comes down to it. Might being the main word seeing as I don't know the outcome since it's an auction. It won't end until 7 in the evening my time. It depends really....
Though for better or for worse even if I don't get her, I'm still getting a Bubble Dancer, which is why I say I'm getting drawn deeper into the world of pets. Bubble Dancers was started by Roselite who's been helping me. Oddly enough we became friends after being bidding rivals over Ariel. Who, sadly to say was auto brought by Blueberry Muffin earlier today. She needed another mod for her guild for her pets, I wanted to write and plan events kind of like how Monkeyboy does I guess. If any of the events that cost gold is needed, I'll pay for it, it'll give me something to do. Though I'm already donating since I want to give the guild other forums though there aren't other people yet.
My mind is racing with ideas and events, I hope Roselite won't mind them. The only problem with my plans is that I'm going to need to raise gold for it, and it won't work if people don't join in. Fortunately Roselite allows all people even if they don't have a Dancer, so it's good, but special things I think will happen for those that have Dancers. My mind is still racing... after the bidding war is over if I still have money I'm going to get myself a Myrid one of the Dancers. For some odd reason all the males have been bidded on, but on the females. I wanted to get a male so Treyz won't feel outnumbered, but then again a human like male isn't a good idea. So I'll get another female and perhaps at a later date shop around for an animal male, maybe a dog like creature.
After all it would be weird for me to help out at a guild for Bubble Dancers if I don't own one myself.
