Ever have a day where nothing went wrong? A day where everything seemed to fall right into place? Well yours truly did today, and it's not an often occurance for me.
Let's start with my awakening. The day is good, I slept pretty well, and the weather is excellent. Seems my imported Dragonforce CD came in today, so that's one score.
So I fiddle around on the net for a bit, anticipating picking up Final Fight: Streetwise.
Waiting for my dad to get home, so I can get to the mall and pick up the game I've been waiting a long time for.
He's running a little late, but fret not I'm showing my brother some s**t online. And I get a call from my good buddy Cain saying he and his cousin can come and pick me up to go to the local EB games because they need to go anyway. Awesome, there's my ride, and I get to see my boys.
We get there, have a good time looking at s**t, and chatting with the manager, who is really cool, and always has been.
Now after this I get home, and we play the game. It's sweet, I enjoy it, and as did my buddies. Good times. So I'm ravished, and find out my mom is making homemade pizza, a pleasant surprise.
That's about it for the day. But I'm begining to be known as a sort of local hero for the recent Negotiation I undertook. This makes me feel good, and quite accomplished. It's been a good day.
