Pain, so unexpected and undeserved yet somehow clears away the cobwebs.. Wolf. The inanely violent part of me.. Although wolf handles and influences my aggression, he also handles other emotions equally well. Lends me the thought I need at times to solve the thoughts of betrayal and link it to a name, knowing who betrays me is the first step.. on a path I'm not going to explain. An explanation would only need justification. I calm him down through free-running.. AKA Parkour and it seems to give him the freedom of expression.. Releasing anger and frustration through concentration. Mai, I'm safe. Let Elisa know too. I'm in one piece.. Barely.
