My Buddhist Manifest[ o ]
This is my Buddhist Manifest-o
And I will write what I like
And the first thing that come's to mind
Is the light, but enough of that
Siddhartha and myself sit and scribble
About the salad we ate earlier today
I contemplate the universe
As It was yesterday, for today, has come and gone
Do I want ranch on this? Maybe blue cheese.
Wait..Back to what i was thinking
The Universe, Is like a turn table
Every person Is able, to scratch how they like, whenever they like
And They will change the beat, to there own tempo
But I know they just have breathe
And balance will be restored
As me and the sage, turn the page
Another line in the story comes
Peace, prosperity, and truth
Id like all three of those, but none are for me
I am the one who runs up and down one side of the river
As the archer removes an arrow from his quiver, to take another shot
At this seemingly nice catch that the unknown has bestowed upon him
But I think, My Buddhist Manifest-o
Is getting a bit to sketchy for me to continue
I close the page, and the all knowing sage smiles at me
Come out from behind the clouds, and shine.
