Much like Abby and Gibbs on NCIS, Chandler The Mermaid has rules. They are as follows.
1. Do not lie to Chandler The Mermaid
2. When in doubt, improvise!
3. It's only stealing if you can't think of a reason why it's not
4. Asking Emma will solve all of your problems
5. Never wear floral prints
6. Hot people deserve to go shirtless
7. Fat and/or hairy people, please stay out of my way, and stay covered up
8. If you smell, we cannot be friends.
9. People magazine is always right.
10. Screaming is not music.
11. Pink highlighters make everything better
12. Never anger someone named Brenda.
13. Carl and Keith are absolutely terrible names
14. If Lady Gaga can wear it, then it should be allowed to be worn at school.
15. Ryan Reynolds is the sexiest man ever, don't even try and argue that he's not.
