(Summoning =1)
Kebechet wonder down a few hallway with her device leading her towards her next class. When she got towards the classroom she felt for an open door way, but the door was shut. 'She must be still in first hour class.' She thought to herself, she leaned her back against the wall right of the door, then slid herself down into a sitting position. 'I'll just have to wait then. But I could try and summon something while I wait as practice.' She thought as she imagined a small gardener snake to talk to and play with in her minds eye. With her fingers Kebe began to draw squiggles on the floor and mumble under her breath, asking a gardener snake to come to her from no where. She did this for about five minutes until something smooth and small slithered up her hand, a tiny hiss came out of it's little mouth. Kebe smiled with joy, "Hiya new friend my names Kebe, what's yours?" She asked the small snake as it continued to slither up her arm and on to her shoulder where it stayed and hissed in her ear. "Kevin, well that's awesome name, it's very nice to meet you Kevin."
Anubis:He loudly walked up the stairs knowing his daughter was there talking to someone. "Hi Miss Starling. I hope you had a good nap. It looked like a pretty bad fall. But, me and your brother helped out a lot so there shouldnt be a scar at all." He spoke in a weird braggy rythme.
Kebe shivered and tried to push herself up against the wall more so then what she already was. She brought her knees up to her chest to try and hide. Kevin the snake felt the tension that Kebe was giving off by the means of this guy and gave out the most meanest angry hiss a small gardener snake could muster up at the stranger who was making his new friend scared. 'Kebechet Zinis Starling your not a little kid anymore, you need to face you fears.' She tried to tell herself to help her make her feel brave, but it didn't really work. "Your not real." She mumbled quietly into her school uniform. "Your a summons that my heart some how called out from my dream." Kevin on the other was super brave he took off slithering down Kebe and toward Anubis. Kevin reached Anubis foot and began to try and bit it through the shoe. Kebe complete ignored Mr. Anubis's statement. 'Alexander your brother saved you, not this guy.' She tried to reassure herself. "I've wanted my father for so long I made you up." She lightly and more quietly whispered into her school skirt and knees.
Yuna felt the distinct tingle of a summon outside her door. Unfortunately, it was a summoning gone wrong. The spirit outside was small right now, but it was dark and just wrong. Very wrong.
"An, Tyler, stay back there's something wrong," Yuna said as she grabbed her staff and rushed to the door. Heavy and powerful, the weapon practically sang with delight at the chance to be used once more.
As Yuna flung open the door she saw that whatever the little thing was, it was playing a very good game. "Young lady you need to get over here immidiately," Yuna said, moving over to the girl quickly. Her eyes never left the snake though.
"I'm ever so sorry Lady Fabula, it's only the small snake summons you taught me last year." She scrambled up the wall that was supporting her, to reach the helping hands of her summoning teacher. "But I think I, or my heart, accidentally summoned that thing." She whispered as she tried to hide behind her most trusted teacher, second only to her brother the art teacher. She quivered and shook violently, "Please Lady Fabula send them back." She pleaded to her teacher as she slipped down on the floor and curled up into the fetal position again. "Why do bad things always happen to me." She whispered and whined into herself not much louder then a whisper.
Anubis:'Damn, this isnt what I wanted, I wanted her to figure it out, im leaving clue after clue but she wont get past the jackal form'
"Kevin the gardner snake huh?" He said getting a good look at the snake.
"Its a snake but nothing much of an alarm Yuna; his fangs barely go through my shoes."
"Kebechet, I am real. if i wasnt then you should be able to sumon me away but you know from your heart that you dont know it for sure." He said.
With all that had happen to her today Kebe was already pretty banged up, with only an hour rest after a major spill on the stairs, and all the mental anguish, Kebe's body was reaching it breaking point. Kebe began to breath super hard and her heart raced leading into a panic attack, which lead into an asthma attack. Kebe gasped for air with no avail, only maybe ten seconds later with no oxygen in her body she passed out. This time there was no super sunny, sandy, dream world with her river running though it. No this time there was only darkness in her dream world. 'One would think that death has had it in for me today, I pray someone gets me help in time...'
Kebe sat down in the middle of the nothingness. 'I was three, the last time this happen..When that black dog bit me. At least Alexander said it was a black dog.' She rubbed her right leg in remembering her past. "You know..." she said out to the darkness. "I've known who you are, for some time know. I've put the pieces together back when I was still young." She tried hard to make a dream version of her real dream diary and a flashlight. She turned on the flashlight and flip open the diary to the first page. This first page had a cute little kid picture drawn on it, a drawling of a really pretty Egyptian lady and the half doggy half man standing with two babies all bundled up in each of their arms. "It's just I've always feared the form you came to me as, grated this must be your true from...." She turned the page to show another picture this one of a childish picture of a black doggy wearing gold. "And when I did get bitten by that dog, I grew more afraid of you, because you I tied you and the dog together." She continued to flip though pages. "I just didn't think you would, could be alive, or think about me, since you never came looking for me. Just thought you wanted the other baby who wasn't blind." She looked at another picture, this one only had the pretty lady and two dark shadows holding the two babies. The group where heading down towards the river, but the shadows turned a different way. "Or was that the reason?" She pointed to the picture. "Were we kidnapped, that being the case you should have came after us, or you did just for the one who was perfect."
Anubis:Seeing his daughter die before him, Anubis was outraged. He transformed into an upright stnding jackal with egyptian attire and gold weapons. He calmed down seeing how it wouldnt help her at all this moment so he knew he had to bring her back because he can not bare to stand to watch him weighing his daughters heart with the feather.
"Ahh, thats the reason why you were afraid? He was not one of mine and you are not, and you never were kidnapped. You are mine and your mother." He whispered touching her cold lifeless face.
"I met your brother before you because his adoptive family was killed by his powers. So I had no one standing in my way for any intervention when I met, and spoke to him. He does go to this school",he spoke in a calming and loving tone,"when I saw you were well cared for, I did not forget about you, I always worried as you are my only daughter, so I began to think that you would be my only normal child untill you began summoning water and snakes. So, I was more and more careful as I did not want to come between you or your family. Now, if you wish, I can leave and never come back." He asked in a more serious manner.
Anupu:Being the curious teenager that he is, he came outside, and without alerting Mrs.Yuna. Then he heard everything that Anubis said to the blind girl.
"What the... I cant believe this.. She has been here the whole time and he kept me from her? No.. it cant be right since he told me to look for her.. I just dont know who to belive anymore.." He whispered to himself and he quietly skipped the rest of class still astonished by what he saw and heard.
In Kebe's mind she began to cry and herself began to fade, she bowed her head in prayer. 'please don't let me die.' She silent asked to any god that would save her. Her prayers were answered by gust of air sweeping around her bringing her back. Her dream would began to fill itself in with all it's wonders and light. Kebechet how ever didn't want to see her world right now, she blinked her eyes to the waking world of darkness, gasping for air. She reached out to the person who spoke to her, wraped her arms around him, in little more then a whisper she said "I love you daddy."
Anubis:"I love you too sweetheart." He replied, and he began to give her back her life force by this green mist that came out of his mouth.
Since everyone had forgot the little problem it was about to get a lot worse. With all the negative energy feeding it Kevin the snake began to grow and kept growing until he reached the size of an adult python. Kevin the snake quickly slithered towards Anubis once again behind him he took a strike sinking his fangs into Anubis's left leg.
Anubis:He flinched at the pain and then he stopped, giving Kebechet time to breathe it all in.
"Such a pestilence, well, if you wont leave then Ill have Apep devour your body, mind, and soul. Im trying to save her if you would please." He snarled.
Once again Kebe's body began to feel heavy, her breathing became shallow and short. She struggled to keep her eye lids open but they slowly began to fall without getting back up. She felt herself began to fall out of body.
She fell for a very long time until she looked up, she saw a red moon. She looked down and found herself on a small cliff over looking a large field like area. Everything looked so gloomy then two claps of thunder and lighting lit the sky. In those two claps two arms appeared on either side of the field. Kebe was a bit taken back, one army was made up of dead rotten corpse, the other of horrible demonic things. At the front of each of these armies stood two young boys. Kebe shook her head, and took a step closer towards the edge of the cliff, the next thing she knew she was standing right in front of the two boys. One had silver white hair, yellow eyes and completely clad in honorable Egyptian armor. The other boy silver black hair, and heaven blue eyes, he was completely covered in a dark, strange suit of armor. 'This makes no sense, who are these boys?' She thought to herself. Another clap of lighting and thunder and everything went dark for Kebe again.
This time when Kebe opened her eyes she was sitting next to a beautiful woman, in a strange room. The floor made of slate or stone in front of her a large wired looking balance scale on one side there was a feather on the other a heart that seem to fade in and out. Kebe stared at the amazingly beautiful woman. The woman smiled and then hugged Kebe and gave her a kiss on the top of her head. "Am I.....Am I dead?" Kebe asked the woman, the woman's smile faded away, she swept some of Kebe's hair out of Kebe's eyes and nodded to the question.
'But your father is trying once again to bring you back.' The woman spoke directly to Kebe's mind her thought so sweet and tender, like love dip in honey. 'Somethings wants you out of the way Kebechet, because your special to something that has yet to come. Something that will change the worlds of mortals and gods alike, the living and the dead.'
"That war?" Kebe asked thinking back to that last thing she saw. The woman nodded silently nodded. Kebe shivered and clung to the woman for comfort. "I don't want to die." 'Your strong and clever, your very much your father's daughter, you also have a lot of your bother in you to.' The woman told her.
Anubis:"No... Kebechet, you must live to keep the war from happening. You must stop those two from.." He was cut off by a strange eerie sound.
A few seconds passed and he saw Babi and Ammut.
"Stay away you two, she will pass because she is pure of heart. You will not come close or your souls will be lost forever." he threatened.
"Kebechet, do not worry. You will live. Pass the test, and you will be the one chosen to stop the chaos from spreading." he echoed.
After which he craddled Kebechet's lifeless body on his long black arms.
The heart on the scale fully materialized for only a moment, when it did the feather fell hard to the ground. This startled Kebe the she looked up in fear. The woman smiled and kissed Kebe once more. Kebe closed her eyes and opened them back up. She coughed and felt dizzy but she couldn't see anything. 'Wait, I can't see.' Her breath came back to her softly and easy. She reached out her hand to feel the strong body chest. "Daddy?"
Anubis:"Im right here and Im not going anywhere." He answered.
"Hush, youve had a long day. Lets take you back to your dorm." He whispered as he carried her away from the class.
'Interesting first day of school I must admit. Not the way I had planned it but my message was recieved at last. Now where to put this ring.' He thought as he fished a golden ring out of his pocket.
