Manga: I recommend to those who love manga, read 1/2 Prince !! i stil find that manga very funny hahahaha and i also love skip beat!!!
Anime: OMG yes! One Piece, Naruto, Skip Beat and Bleach is the best, and also i find Kaichou wa maid-sama is good too XD
Drama: hmmmm well, i've been watching korean/jap drama's XP i think Coffee Prince and You're beautiful is good, well i think hehe
