Appearance: Height: 5'1" // Weight: 90lbs // Hair: Toshiro's hair is styled just like Itachi's hair, but with light streaks of white in it. It just barely covers a very small part of the top of his eyes. // Eyes: Bright blue // Skin: Semi tan. Basically light Asian skin toned // Wears: When on missions, he wears a kimono that looks like: This ,with basic ninja sandals, and sometimes the breath mask for the rain village.
In preparation for battles, Toshiro affixed a seal marked Ken (Blade) to each of his wrists. These seals allowed him to summon shuriken of different sizes, including normal shuriken and giant size Fuuma shuriken. He always wears these, wherever he is. When he's not on missions, Toshiro wears a black t-shirt with the rain village symbol on the back. He also wears white khaki shorts to his knees and blue ninja shoes. He wears the Amegakure headband the same way as kakashi wears his. Diagonal, covering his left eye. He also wears a katana in a holster on the left side of his kimono. (Toshiro's Mizukirite)
Personality: Quiet most of the time. Pretty nice if you know him well. Very articulate, great at getting out of sticky predicaments, good thinker.
Weapons: Basic Genin weapons in kimono pockets. (shurikens, senbon, kunai, some exploding notes) Toshiro also has a long, slim katana he calls Mizu-Kirite (Water cutter). It's very sharp, and can cut through the air faster than other swords, making it easier to cut enemies faster.Toshiro's Mizukirite (Toshiro's Mizu-Kirite katana. Sword is overlapping the holster.)

Kinobori no Waza - Act of Tree Climbing

Kinobori no Waza, the art of tree climbing serves a dual purpose. Taking part in Kinobori Shugyou (Tree Climbing Training) helps a ninja learn how to focus their chakra. It also teaches the ninja how to run up trees and walk on vertical walls. The training helps the ninja learn how to focus just the right amount of chakra to a particular part of their body. The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are regarded as the hardest location to master chakra focusing. So by gaining the art of this skill, the ninja will have any jutsu available (theoretically) because they will be able to focus their chakra as needed.

The ninja will use the serpent hand seal to cause a circle of leaves to spin and envelop the target and then fall away. Kasumi Juusha no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique that creates false attackers to delay and confuse the enemy. Though these servants are not real, the actual ninja is able to remain hidden and throw kunai and shuriken matching the movements of the servants. This makes it appear the false servants are capable of attacking. When the enemy attempts to attack the servant, they will merely disrupt the servants illusion body but not destroy it.

Dynamic Entry is a Taijutsu technique used by Might Guy. Guy will throw a kunai to distract his targets attention, he will then use his speed and agility to quickly approach and attack his opponent from their blind side.
Toshiro is also more advanced at Taijustu than other Genin. He can use Advanced Genin Taijutsu. (Basically, it is more advanced than the Basic Genin Taijutsu, almost into Chuunin, but not. [If that makes sense] )
Weakness: Earth and Lightning style jutsu, Mid-ranged attacks, and Short lasting battles. (Is great at very long lasting battles)
Family/Clan: The Kimura clan
Background: He grew up in the Rain village, just loving anything water-based, like swimming. He would always watch The Jounin have battles, and sometimes tagged along on missions to watch. His dad was almost Kage rank, before he was assassinated by two Sound ninja. His mother luckily survived, and she still lives with Toshiro. Toshiro had 2 older brothers, but one was killed while on a Jounin mission. The other is currently in the Hospital because he was severely injured by an Akatsuki member.
