OMG, brings back memories...
I couldnt help but smile and glow when I saw my baby the first time ^_^
Congrats! So happy for you!! Cherish these first few years, they grow up faster than you can blink and run off to break your heart... being a parent is a thankless job but it's gotta be the best job in the world.

Best advice for child rearing and how to handle newborns:
Do what YOU feel comfortable with
