Passive Abilities
Possession: A trait inherited from being half Oni he is capable of possessing average humans as well as animals. When he was young he often struggled to perform this ability often emerging from the possessed body gasping for fresh air, but as he aged he can perform it flawlessly though he still rarely uses it as a weapon.
Draconian Blood: Being the offspring of a dragon, Mandarin retains the blood trait that all dragons share that makes them immune to spells and magic.
Dragon Hide: Mandarin’s scaled body serves as a type of chain mail, hard and flexible his scales allow him to move freely without restraint but still acts as a strong defense.
Water Breathing: Mandarin is capable of filtering the oxygen out of the water allowing him to breath underwater for as long as he wants. However he is unable to filter oxygen for any who may be traveling underwater with him. Mandarin can also relieve the weight of the water preventing it from pushing down on him or anyone who is traveling with him, keeping the water within 3” of their body at the same pressure as the water near the surface.

Elemental Attacks
Fire
Mandarin possesses two special glands just behind his tongue that produce two separate chemicals, when he releases these chemicals they spray forward in a stream then when the streams connect just outside the mouth they combust into a searing flame. The chemicals alone are not combustible preventing the flame from traveling back up the stream into his mouth. Once ignited the stream of flames can extend up to a distance of 6 yards forward and 3 feet in width, also when the glands are empty they are able to quickly refill within a few minuets. The flame will last longer and be stronger, depending on how long he waits to use it. ( the battle starts with it at full and takes 3 posts minimum to 8 posts max before it can be used again)
Water
Mandarin controls the water by either drawing in moisture from the air to one point, or if a large body of water is near he can control it as though it where an extension of his own body. Capable of controlling massive amounts of water at one time and shaping it to his will, Mandarin is also able to control ice and steam as fluently as he controls water using each form of it to his advantage. Mandarin can also highly concentrate the mineral level in water, applying it to one of his wounds it reacts to his body chemical compounds allowing him to heal his own injuries within a matter of minuets or hours depending on how serious the wound is. Mandarin can also charge the water particles in the air to create bursts of lightning.
Sound
Mandarin unleashes mighty roars that make a massive shock wave of an unbelievably high decibel level rattling the ground, and the liquid inside of ears causing dizziness, pain, and a nauseous feeling to those affected. Mandarin possesses only one sound based attack but it more than makes up for being the only one.

Rokushiki Martial Arts Style
The Rokushiki (Six Powers) are special, Superhuman skills that are the base of an highly advanced hand-to-hand combat technique. each of the following six techniques have multiple variations of them, some more deadly than the last.
Kami-e
The Kami-e (Paper Drawing) makes the users' body go limp in order to avoid most attacks, and float like a piece of paper if used with Geppou. This ability makes the user very flexible loosening the muscles and allows the user to focus more on avoiding attacks rather than attacking.
Rankyaku
The Rankyaku (Tempest Kick) is a powerful projectile technique, in which Mandarin starts by kicking at very high speeds and strength, sending out a sharp "air blade" that can slice objects and greatly damage a human body
Shigan
The Shigan (Finger Pistol) is a close-quarter combat technique, in which the user pushes their finger into a certain target at a very high speed, leaving a wound similar to a bullet wound, making guns unnecessary. A sharper point is added to this technique when Mandarin uses his claws to fire the Shigan like an actual bullet, instead of simply jabbing the opponent.
Geppou
The Geppou (Moon Step) Allows the user to actually jump off the air itself, allowing them to stay in the air for much longer than usual. Mandarin can use this technique to cross great distances without ever touching the ground or set himself up for swift, aerial attacks. This technique has several advantages both in and out of battle, and can be preformed with either both legs or a single leg.
Soru
The Soru (Shave) allows the users to moves at extremely high speeds in order to avoid attacks, as well as to attack at higher speeds. The principle of this move is to kick off the ground at least ten times in a blink of an eye.
Tekkai
The Tekkai (Iron Mass) hardens the users' muscles to the level of iron, in order to nullify damage taken from attacks. However, it can be broken by strong enough forces. When Tekkai is active, the user is unable to move, with the exception of Mandarin’s Tekkai Kenpou. The strength of Tekkai can vary for users with different physical conditions, as a person with a higher level of muscular strength would be able to take stronger forces with his/her use of Tekkai. Furthermore, despite the increased physical density that one gains when activating this move, the user's body is still flesh and blood. Thus, its resistance to other than solid attacks remain pretty much the same, making the user vulnerable to certain attacks.

Rokuogan
The Rokuougan (Six King Cannon) is the secret and ultimate attack of the Rokushiki style. Only those who have absolute mastery of the other six skills can have access to this seventh skill. Mandarin places both his fists right in front of the target and launches a devastating shock wave and can cause massive internal injuries.
Haki
Haki is separated into three categories: Kenbunshoku Haki, which grants users a sixth sense of the world around them and limited precognitive abilities; Busōshoku Haki, which allows the user to use their spirit as armor to defend against attacks or to make their own attacks more potent; and Haōshoku Haki, a rare type of Haki only one in a million can use which grants the user the ability to overpower the will of others. Most people who can use Haki tend to have a type they're better at and as a result focus on that type. However, a person can improve their abilities with all the types of haki, it just requires more work. Haki is dormant in every living person, but it's rare for most people to ever awaken that ability. Intense training can awaken it, as can extreme shock.
Types of Haki
Kenbunshoku Haki (Ambition of Observation; AKA Mantra) is a form of Haki that allows the user to sense the presence of others, even if they are concealed from view or too far to see naturally. When using this type of Haki, one can predict an opponent's moves shortly before they make them, thereby making the attack that much easier to evade. This prediction appears to the user as an image or brief "premonition" of what the opponent will do in the user's mind's eye, and the damage the user will take if the attack "hits" for real. The more killer intent the enemy has the easier they are to predict, though more skilled users like Mandarin can predict future moves regardless of whether there are ambient murderous intents or not.
Though the technique allows the user to predict most attacks, in can be circumvented by various means. It cannot predict inherently random attacks. It also doesn't make the user any faster than normal, so the user's ability to dodge is dependent on their speed. Finally, this Haki-type seems to falter if the user loses their concentration, such as when driven to extreme anger, but this varies between users.
Busōshoku Haki (Ambition of Armament) is another form of Haki that allows the user to create a force similar to an invisible armor around themselves. This armor can protect the user from attacks and push aggressors away. With training, it can be further honed into a weapon with which to strike others, this enhances the power of any physical attack made by the user.
Haōshoku Haki (Ambition of Conquest) is a rare form of Haki that cannot be attained through training and only one in a million are born with it. This type of Haki grants the user the ability to overpower will. The most common usage is knocking those with weak wills unconscious. Whilst inexperienced users are restricted to merely overpowering the will of one individual being or blindly knocking out weak-willed people around them, those with more expertise can pick out weak-willed individuals in a large group and knock them out without affecting those around them. However, those with stronger wills can resist or even ignore the effects of Haōshoku Haki. This type of Haki cannot be trained to be stronger as it is based on the natural spirit of the owner.
