Do you know the type of person who yells at everyone to get things done, but only at the end because they could not be bothered to work on the project before hand. They say they will do a lot of stuff but never end up actually doing it. So they shove their work onto someone else at the most unconventional times, for the one having work pushed on them. yah, I'm dealing with that one.
