Dear Diary, I write to you
Handing you my thoughts
To tell you what I believe is true
And whom I love lots

This is for my dearest friend
Who is lost in her own mind
My thoughts about my end
the truth or adventure I try to find

This is about the world and its war
about the never-ending pain
Maybe I'm not who its for
For we all walk in the rain

Maybe its my conscience and hope
That maturity will prevail
Maybe I am at the end of my rope
Or about a task I did fail

Maybe its for the children
The people who beg for a hand
maybe its for the women and men
who are at war with another land

I do not know the answers
Nor does anyone seem to care
For no one sees through the blurs
Of people standing there

Dear diary I ask why,when and how
I ask who,where and what
Why must this happen now?
For the door to answers is shut

But diary I keep writing
I don't know why I do
Dear Diary I'm fighting
to make this known to you

Dear Diary they're coming
Knocking at my door
Its the angel's and they're running
To keep me from falling ever more

I'm going up to heaven,Bye
