Appearance; Tristan's laid back personality seems to inflict on his appearance a lot. His hair is simply cut, so that it can be trimmed without needing a hairstylist. He sometimes grows a beard; not because he wants to but because he forgets about shaving for awhile, letting it grow until it gets annoying enough that he actually takes the time to shave.
His fashion sense is a bit more sensible though. Tristan tends towards T-shirts and jeans, nicely kept though so that he doesn't come off as looking like a College student. He has a fondness towards leather jackets, hats and Vans. Simple and clean cut is Tristan's style; you have to nearly kill him in order to force him into a suit or something similar.
Personality; Laid back and good natured are the two best phrases to describe Tristan. He tends to be softer spoken than a lot of the other band members, a complete opposite of their bassist, and is always willing to have a conversation. He's the type of person who makes people feel relaxed just by walking into the room, and makes friends quicker than most people because of that.
Just be careful not to do or say something to extreme in his books, or Tristan will get angry. And the difference between parental angry Tristan and furious angry Tristan is enormous; you don't want to see the latter, or be near him when he's like that. Parental angry Tristan is more relaxed though, he only takes on that attitude when having to keep band members in line.
History; Eugene, Oregon was where Tristan was born and raised to a half-hippie half business family. His father was a real estate agent, while his mother stayed at home and home schooled him and his two older brothers. She was a deep believer in magical arts like tarot and channeling, and would constantly go visit fortune tellers, or tell fortunes for people herself. His father liked to pretend she didn't believe in such things, and encouraged his sons to do the same.
Tristan stayed close to his mother though, so it was her who first picked up on, and therefore nurtured his singing abilities. She used her seemingly limitless grapevine of friends to find out and enter Tristan into contests and classes with other children.
At first Tristan sort of shied away from the children, but soon he started interacting with them, and hanging out with them more and more. It was these kids that, years later, when he would be in high school, took him to parties, and introduced him to alcohol and drugs. It didn't take much for Tristan to become an addict, get a slutty girlfriend and stop with the contests and classes that were going to land him in a successful and famous life.
He stayed distant from his family for years, and though he once in awhile half tried to quit all the bad s**t he was tangled up in, it took his girlfriend overdosing and dying to wake Tristan up. He was eighteen, almost nineteen then, and decided that enough was enough, soon going to rehab to shape himself up.
Years later, Tristan and clean and part of the cleaner society. On a spontaneous visit to Seattle, Tristan met a local rising artist and ended up meeting their manager, sampling his singing for them. A few weeks later when eh got a call about starting a band, he didn't have to think about saying yes. Now he's been with The Screaming Crows for two years as their singer. He's still in polite contact with his family, touring and the band getting in the way of fully repairing those broken bonds.

Occupation; Guitarist of The Screaming Crows
Sexuality: Hetrosexual
Appearance; 'Clean shaven' doesn't usually apply to Caleb, not unless he meets a girl he likes enough to shave away the nearly permanent stubble he has, or unless his band manager forces him to for some reason. The blond keeps his hair short, sometimes shaved to be just like the stubble on his chin. His fashioned sense is the same, more or less. He wears T-shirts jeans the occasional bowler hat, unless a girl of the band manager demands cleaner.
Personality; Bordering on annoying, Caleb is always there with a quick sarcastic remark, joke, or flirt for the nearest pretty woman. He's called a lot of things, like a grown up teenager or permanent bachelor. The southerner doesn't really mind too much, since he says the same things about himself. But that is precisely what he is, in the end. He likes to make jokes, sometimes about subjects people are sensitive about (women's rights, gays, religion, race, etc.) and calls people names. Prefers procrastinating over much else, and flirts with anything that moves, has breasts and a pretty face.
The only time you'll see him act gentlemanly is if a friend says he's bringing over 'the one' or something just as ominous. Most people think that it's because he hopes the girl will tell a friend about him, or go to him herself. Once she leaves though, the teenager comes out again. One of his longest running jokes was that he and Tristan were brothers, which went on for over half a year until Tristan managed to silence all of the rumors.
History; Caleb was born in the south, though he didn't really have a set home as his parents were wanderers and never liked being in one place for too long, maybe a year or two. This led to Caleb transferring from school to school, and never really having a real place to call home his entire childhood.
He learned guitar starting from when he was around ten, after picking up a neighbor's guitar and being offered lessons by the man it belonged to. Since then he was fascinated by the instrument, and saved up his won money to buy one to learn on. He was good enough to have been in his first real band by fifteen, though Caleb switched from band to band with each move his family did.
Once he turned eighteen, Caleb moved out and to Seattle in hopes of being noticed there. It took many bands and auditions and years, but soon he noticed auditions for a new band, and was later called to be told that he'd been chosen as the guitarist.
Since then he's been with The Screaming Crows for two years as their guitarist.
