i iz bored. i have nothing to do, and we get thanksgiving week off. we've got like, 5 furlough days or something this quarter, so they just gave us 3 of them so we could have the whole thanksgiving week off. they were originally going to give us just the usual 2 days off, Thurs. and Fri. but they decided to sort of waste the furlough days, to, you know, get them over with. so now my school has a week off, with nothing to do. dammit. on top of that, my parents invited some old guy and his legally insane (seriously. She has Huntington's Disease. Yeah, my grandpa has it too, though he's not as far along as she is. Anyway, they go to some "support group" thing, and they met there, and my mom "felt bad" because "they don't have anybody to spend the holiday with" so she invited them to our thanksgiving party...thing. along with my religious-fanatics aunt and uncle, with their tomboy daughter, who may the only good thing i'm getting out of this, and my hermit/recluse of a grandfather on my mother's side. Maybe the grandpa and grandma on my dad's side. Maybe. Probably, he'll invite them. Or they'll be at my aunt's on my dad's side.) wife to our thanksgiving feast. if she kills me, and i don't ever blog again, you'll all know why, and be able to tell my school. a bunch of my friends are on Gaia, so i'm covered.
