Since I became very familiar with crews on zOMG, there are some things that I noticed that can separate the good crew from the mediocre ones. First is a good team spirit, when everyone is willing to help in the crew by fighting, healing, buffing, etc. Secondly is good communication between members, even if its just for one time. And thirdly - well, its more game related - its strategy.
Strategy is important in boss stages because there people have limited time to sit down and recover stamina or health, so first thing in the boss stage or outside of it is buffing. Any and every buff is useful, and it helps if crew mates ask each other which buffs they have/don't have. So that in any case, one could run to the nearby Null Chamber and get the buffs that the crew needs; more buffs, means less chances of anyone getting dazed.
Any gamer would understand the importance of a medic in the game team. Unfortunately, in zOMG - medic also has to fight so it really helps the team if someone has the medic set of rings. Of course in the heat of battle everyone heals everyone, but the presence of the medic can be irreplaceable when a member is dazed and the fight is still going on ( so I think).
All in all, good strategy makes for good results and good crews. If you employ it, chances are, you'll meet the people you crewed with over and over, right, Sukaza? mrgreen
