The Kronos System (KronosS) is a back up system of "The World", which automatically triggers itself "on" when an non-member of CC Corp tries to terminate "The World", and all of it's Users.
The KronosS searches through Users, mainly certain ones who had a large interaction with the Aida phenomenon and those anomalies. The KronosS would randomly select 7 users to use as a last defense, since the "Azure System" was previously used.
After they were chosen, the KronosS would search, almost as if googled, 7 different elements of the soul. It would interlink with the 7 users, one per each element.
Each element would then be characterized as a weapon, soulbound to each specific user. These special weapons were known as "Æmbeon".
The Æmbeon was automatically turned into the User's only weapon of choice. It could still level, and unlock new powers/special moves. The User that it would belong to would grow with the Æmbeon.
These 7 Users and 7 Æmbeons would be used to destroy whatever intense threat was made, and save "The World".

The 7 elements to the Æmbeon's are:
Love
Joy
Sadness
Hatred
Hope
Despair
Friendship

Days after the KronosS was activated, all 7 selected users were transported to'Θ Hidden Forbidden Dragonbein', unable to log out, change data, etc.
A strange NPC would make his appearance.
His name was 'SAKROS'
SAKROS stood for 'Secured Aida KronosS Recovery Operation System'.
He, then, explained to the 7 about the incidents, and why they were brought there.

Backstory of SAKROS

When the AIDA phenomenon was over and bits of it were transferred into an PC, who was used by a character who died in a coma from the AIDA. His "mind" was said to still live on in The World, despite being dead in the real world.

After all was explained, SAKROS and 6 of the users logged away from the area. One user was left. Unfortunately, a Data Bug from the people who were trying to destroy The World, attacked him while he was alone. He was found in a coma in the real world.
Within a week after the attack, more bugs started appearing. They were destroying areas, data, and the users. Most ended up in the same state.
Within 2 weeks, an estimated 4,200 users were in a coma from the bugs....79 fatalities.
The real world stirred controversy over removing the game from existence, while the other 6 Æmbeon users stirred to fight for the last hope that anyone else had.
And then one day, no one could log in. CC Corp finally announced the shut down of The World, and they actually backed up their word.
Another week went by.
The 6 users received an anonymous email, telling them to meet in a designated location. The all agreed and met. It was an abandoned school, with a young boy waiting for them. He explained to them that his brother had died years ago while playing The World, his username being "SAKROS". He continued, explaining that he had started to receive emails just minutes before The World was shut down. It entitled the remaining code to access The World, which was to be given only to the 6 remaining saviors.
The school had older models of the game, but they were still manageable. They all sat down, took their places, and breathed in to what was to be the final battle in saving The World.
Logging in, Mac Any was destroyed. A small stroll of data held them up near the Chaos Gate. Data floated above and below them, screams everywhere. Pieces of users last data memory were scattered. The last seconds before their own data was destroyed, replayed over and over.
The bugs... they had invaded the towns that users had used for a safe haven. They demolished everything they could.
A voice, SAKROS's, told them to drop down into the darkness below. A trusted voice. They only could follow it. Within seconds of stepping off from what was left of the Mac Anu boardwalk, they landed on another platform. Unfinished data and malformed number inputs where scattered everywhere, and within that, data bugs shifted around them. There were thousands, all steadily moving closer.
SAKROS appeared in horrid condition. The AIDA inside of him was being stirred by the destruction of the world around him. He told them that the AIDA inside of him would destroy him and infect everything left in The World.
The AIDA stirred and branched out of him, stabbing itself into one of the user's Æmbeons. Within a second, a data bug had appeared between the users. The infected Æmbeon reacted without warning, destroying the data bug in a mere second. Surprisingly knowing what the AIDA could do, the users agreed to take in the AIDA to their Æmbeons and try and save SAKROS from his own infection.
The users were AIDA infecte4d, but were able to control it. Once the last bit of AIDA was infused, the war began. Left and right, back and forth... they fought. No one really knew if it was seconds, hours, or even days for how long they fought. At one point, who knew if it was to end.
No bugs were in sight, silence broke into sweet sighs of joy. A static joined them, with the 7th Æmbeon user appearing. His memory and data were with them the whole time, but could now take place as a physical being in The World. They were all there, staring off as the data started to reconstruct into items and beings.
The AIDA disappeared from the users and Æmbeons...
But, as everything seemed to be better, they turned to find SAKROS transforming into a monster itself. It was the remaining AIDA. Without his knowledge or will, he was forced to fight the users. The didn't want to, but knew it had to be done.
After the fight ended, the AIDA dissipated. SAKROS layed there and smiled, giving himself to The World. All of the remaining AIDA and bugs were destroyed. SAKROS's data transformed the area into a beautiful garden, with the memories of both him and all of the users who died in it.
In a matter of days, everyone who was in a coma due to The World had woke up. The World was re-opened, but has discontinued anymore copies and new users. It was to be played the original way is was made. Before R:, back to where grunties were never mecha, and to where users could enjoy with no worry.
The 7 Æmbeon users kept both their secret area, and what they had done to themselves. They knew they brought a new hope to all.
