You snicker as I walk past you in the hall, mocking me for being an individual. You frown down upon my black clothing, my heavy eyeliner, my darker sense of life. You spread rumors about me, 'I'm a whore' 'I'm Satanic' 'I'm a b***h'. And for what reason? Because I'm different?? Because I'm not a Christian? It's people like you who makes me not want to be one. And you aren't one either, disobeying the word of your own 'God' by judging me for my appearance. Look in your Holy Book and find where it says to 'Love Thy Neighbor As Thyself' and tell me I'm not a Christian!!!!! Because it seems to me I'm more Christian than you are for your ignorance and cruelty to my fellow outcasts and myself!!!!

I agree with you, sweetheart. That's a HUGE problem with Christianity today... well, any time period, really. Christians preach understanding, to love thy neighbor, harbor no ill will to thine enemy, that only God above reserves the right to judge. So on and so forth... yet I have found that Christians are by far the most judgemental group of people out there. Basically it has become a "Believe what I believe, do what I do, be not different than me and God will love you, for God does not hate. Be different than me, question my opinion and God will hate you."

I belong to no church, and though I may discuss religion on occation, I refuse to debate it. I accept Jesus Christ as my Lord and personal savior and God above as my Father and that is good enough for me. What anyone else chooses to believe is their buisness and not for me or anyone else to scrutinize, discriminate against, or judge. =)
