He wears a long tan coat, along with a wrap around his lower jaw, he doesnt talk much anymore. He usually is listening to music, so trying to talk to him gets to be annoying. His gloves are weighted, they weigh 95 pounds on each arm, but he trains with them everyday so the feel extremley light to him. The goggles on his head are used for when he is traveling fast.

:Bio: Chad was born in the U.S. as an only child. His mother had died when he was born, and only lived with his father. He studied Tae Kwon Do in the U.S. until he was 18 years old, which is when his father had earned a promotion that would force them to move from their little town in California, to the cities of Japan. Upon arriving at their new apartment in Japan, Chad saw many teenagers riding skates up and down the buildings at amazing speeds and with much grace. Chad had to get a pair of these skates. Thus he was introduced to A.T. He mostly was riding for fun, until his father had been murdered by a storm rider gang. Chad was greatly depressed by this, for now he was alone in the world. He swore to himself that he would raise himself to the top, and defeat every last team that he would come across, even if it killed him.

As the air becomes decompressed, the number and intensity of charged ions increases. When there is no more air to facilitate the motion of these ions, they charge up a certain area, and the ions immediately disperse dealing tremendous damage and stuns or disrupts almost everything in the field. It is a dangerous trick that is also capable of igniting fire under certain circumstances, like if there is a gas tank in the way, or if there is a Flame Road rider to support the trick. This is an A Class technique.

Wheel Spin Drop: A rather simplistic move, the wheel spin drop is basically just a drop kick performed with still-spinning AT's on the user’s feet. The effect is a devastating kick that not only leaves bruises, but burn marks!
Killer Bee Hundred: Developed by Goshogawara Fuumei, the Hecatoncheire Bomb, in this technique, the user unhinges their shoulders, increasing their arm’s flexibility, and rides all around their opponent pummeling them with punch after punch. The technique builds heat as it is used and can cause burns and lacerations like a whip.
Persistence: After being through such a tough battle, and healing up in the hospital, riders gain a new sense of confidence. Nothing will stop them and nothing will turn them away from their goal.

Overdrive: Using the principles of the Ionic Road is the basis of this trick. The riders Air Treks rev at an insane rate producing a field of electricity around the rider. The charged atmosphere around the rider affects his or her bodily functions by speeding up the rate at which neuro signals travel through the nerves. The riders hair will begin to stand on end, meaning if the rider has long hair, he will look like Goku in Super Saiyan mode. Any kick or punch that is hit while in this form will have a strong shocking effect, which if hit too much can prove to be very damaging. Also if the rider has a weapon made of AT parts, the weapon will gain the same effect. The electricity strengthens the muscles as well as increases reaction time. The riders Stamina will drop temporarily after using this trick. This trick lasts for 5 posts. The down time for the trick is 10 posts. This is an A-Rank Trick.

- The users Stamina will decrease by 20 after the 5 post limit.

The rider uses basic principles from martial arts to help focus their body, as well as their mind to give them a little bit of an edge when it comes to parts wars, and fights. The rider let's their mind slip into a pure state of focus, throwing out current thoughts, other than the task at hand. In letting their body go into concentration, the rider's body automatically begins to conserve energy, and helps let them use the appropriate amount of power in an attack without using as much energy. The downside to this, is that since the rider will only be focused on a certain target, they are open to other attacks around them. And once they are struck with a really devastating attack, they are knocked right out of focus.

-This trick may be used twice per battle.
-Once knocked out of focus, the rider must wait for 5 posts before activating the trick again.

If he revs forward, the ions create a positive Charge, if he revs backwards, the Charge is negative. In doing so, the area around Chad starts to become positively or negatively charged depending on his wishes. The radius of this trick is 10 feet around the user. Chad may enter or exit the field as he wishes without becoming charged due to the fact he is the one who created the field. However, anything inside the 10 foot dome will become charged positively or negatively. This is an A-Class Trick.
Limitations:
-Cannot charge people physically, but their clothing can be charged, as well as things like their hair.
-Objects such as rocks, pipes, and other inanimate objects can be charged.
-The field will last 10 posts until it is dispersed. The rider will have to wait 5 posts to activate again.
-Users Stamina will drop by 10 after each use.
