It looks like that Japan is in need of major help cause with the earthshake and tsunami plus with the nuclear reactors that's seriously dangerous to everyone health should not only gather help from the states, but from the neighboring countries as well.
Well with all the art of War and warfare going on, every now is not the time to compare how big your weapons and bombs are cause let me ask you this.....If you came form one of the countries like Eruope, Russia, and China and the same amount of destuction happen to you would you turn your back on someone that REALLY NEEDS YOUR HELP!
